Thank you for the comment. I commented about the ethics of GSY last week and I regretted it afterward. It was one of those notes that is better to reflect upon that send. Your points are good and valid.

Q: Exchange Income Corp (EIF) should be added to the list of beneficiaries of Northern Infrastructure ... Flying crews and northern residents in and out of forest fires and floods has been a good business. In a more positive future , filling seats with contractors ,engineers , and more longterm residents will certainly increase benefit share value .

Based on the answers and comments you make about NBIS I can deduce that you like NBIS yet confused about price action. That makes at least two of us.
Are you able to share your thinking process of what might be happening with this instrument. Is it simply favored by the speculative bunch?

I closed my position yesterday, but I find it hard to resist to re-enter today.
