Q: I'm looking at metrics for TVK and cannot understand the market's lack of concern over what appears to be a very high amount of debt. I use the Lynch guidance that Long Debt / Total Equity should ideally be < 0.25. In TVK's case I calculate 1.03, which appears to be in line with the 5i Report on TVK showing Total Debt / Equity at 1.49. In the same report WELL is cited as a Comp but WELL has a Total Debt / Equity metric of "only" 0.5 - fully 3x better than TVK, and yet WELL has been punished for having too much debt. Confused...

Q: Hi, What would be the Forward PE/valuation of TVK at current price $81-82 ? Is this multiple reasonable, for Co's historical average and the industry in general, considering the growth ( annual rate ? ) trajectory and with the risk of high interest costs and labour shortages. Do they have competition ?

Q: In the question from Maurice wanting to increase his exposure to industrials between HPS and TVK you answered TVK. But isn't TVK considered Energy? Does 5i consider it Industrial? Or hybrid?

Q: All of the above companies have now reported thier respective quarterly results in the last two weeks and their respective prices adjusted accordingly.

I appreciate that all have been suggested by 5i in response to numerous and varied questions. Based on your overall assessment, the recent results and forecasts and their respective pricing as of todays date, would you be able to rank them for acquisition together with a brief comment please.

Q: In any otherwise well diversified RIF portfolio I am considering exiting T and BEP.

I am looking to replace them with a couple of holdings that you feel have far greater upside in the next 3-5 years (realizing that the volatility may increase to some extent but in line with the potential for greater returns).

I have referred to several of your current favourites (which we do not currently hold) as potentials and am open to other suggestions you might have along the same lines.

If you could comment on the elimination of T and BEP and also if you believe any of the listed ones (or others ) would provide a substantially better risk/rewad profile over the next 3-5 years it would be appreciated.

Q: Everyone, I have been watching the above growth stocks since late last year. I usually have one or two high growth quality stocks that will add to the average returns of my portfolio. My last purchase of a high growth stock was LMN, which I purchased last September, with an average price of $20.50. The ones I am watching now have risen significantly and I am hesitant to buy into them since they might decline 50%. So should I buy a small portion of each to maybe a 10% holding of my overall portfolio? Or should I wait till……..
