- Celestica Inc. Subordinate Voting Shares (CLS)
- TerraVest Industries Inc. (TVK)
- EQB Inc. (EQB)
- Decisive Dividend Corporation (DE)
- Payfare Inc. Class A Common Shares (PAY)
- ADF Group Inc. Subordinate Voting Shares (DRX)
- Topicus.com Inc. (TOI)
- Lumine Group Inc. (LMN)
Q: These stocks have had some very nice gains over the last few months. CLS, DE, DRX, EQB, LMN, PAY, TOI, TVK. If you held a partial position in these and wanted to add to the position to create a full position, which ones would you just buy at the current market price despite big run up? Are there some that you would try to buy at a somewhat lower price? If so, what price would you use?
Q: is it a buy?
Q: Interested in these Canadian small caps. Can you provide quick thoughts on the prospects of these companies knowing the risks of small caps.
Do you know management at all and how would you rate each?
What is in your mind the main reason to invest in each company and the biggest worry for each? (debt, dilution etc)

- Dynacor Group Inc. (DNG)
- Wall Financial Corporation (WFC)
- Olympia Financial Group Inc. (OLY)
- Decisive Dividend Corporation (DE)
Q: Can I ask you to do a “mental screen” for a few mid-cap Cdn companies that pay over a 3% dividend while having the potential for above average growth in the medium to longer term? Please omit SIS, PBH, EIF and NWC (already owned) and leave out anything in the energy sector. I’m assuming not much in the small cap space would meet the div. criteria and not much in the large cap space meets the growth criteria, but if you think anything there is compelling please include as well. Thank you.
Q: Hi guys,
Your thoughts on this company? Inside a "balance portfolio" what percentage would you own, if any?
Thanks,
Jim

Q: "As reported by the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, approximately 76% of business owners are anticipated to transition out of their businesses in the next decade. This could result in over $2 trillion in business assets changing hands, presenting a substantial opportunity for growth and yield in the sector."
Do you have any suggestions of companies that may benefit if this in fact is an upcoming trend?

- Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (BIP.UN)
- Decisive Dividend Corporation (DE)
- Universal Display Corporation (OLED)
- BMO Europe High Dividend Covered Call ETF (ZWP)
Q: Good day,
What are your outlooks for OLED and ZWP? I bought OLED some time ago and figured their patent library should have caused some movement with everybody going OLED these days... And with ZWP, do you see a recovery coming? Or is it still a sit and wait?
I've been watching DE on and off for some time, and they seem to continue to act on what drew me to them in the first place. Are they a buy right now? Anything else you would suggest in its place? (I have ATS after a previous question)
BIP seems pretty beat up, are they a buy for you now? Or would you still suggest BN? In a registered account, is BIP better than BIPC? Would you move from BIP to BIPC as they come closer to par?
Thanks!

Q: Hello 5i,
In a previous answer you indicated that DE could be purchased in a range somewhat below $6.30 per share as I recall. I initiated a position slightly under that and now need to add my next tranche. Since that time, however, they have raised their dividend and the share price is now around $7.30. The short term chart is fairly strong. The question is: what would now be an attractive entry point for my second tranche? Should I try and wait for a pull-back of some sort or just bite the bullet and proceed?
Thanks!!
Cheers,
Mike

Good Morning
Looking at the price graph for Decisive Dividend since 2014 the price essentially drifted until the Covid Crash. Then it started up steadily to the present.
What changed things in October 2020? Did the company restructure or get new management? Please explain.
We really like the company and they seem to be very good at acquiring and integrating successful family-owned smaller businesses.
Do you believe this is a strong long-term hold growth stock
Thank you.......... Paul W. K.

Q: Hi,
I am interested in initiating a position in DE:CA and would like to know what you would consider an attractive, attainable, entry point? I am in no rush to buy, so can wait if that might be the best strategy given the recent little run-up unless you feel it is fine to buy at current levels.
Thanks!!
Cheers,
Mike
