DE is a small-cap name ($152M market cap), and its dividend yield is quite solid and its payout ratio is healthy. It has recently been issuing shares and debt to fund acquisitions, but these acquisitions are anticipated to increase sales 13%, and adjusted EBITDA per share of 17%. It's at a decent valuation of 15.9X forward earnings, and we like its earnings and dividend growth. For small-cap income we would consider it buyable, and we may eventually consider it for the income model portfolio, however, at this time it has had a nice run-up and continues to be a small name.
