Q: I own BRK but i want to reduce some USD exposure so i am thinking of moving to the Canadian hedged version.

1. Are there any concerns with that? I assume the return is just the BRK return removing currency fluctuations less hedging costs?
2. Do you know what the cost of the hedging is?
3. I see a few tickers (BRK.NE; BRK.TO)... why are there multiple and what is the best one?

Thank you.

Q: Brookfield and related entities. What percentage of total portfolio would YOU be comfortable holding. Right now I am at about 13% including BN, BAM, BEP, BIP and BIPC all held in a USD non-reg account. BN is largest holding in Portfolio.

Q: Hi there: I have been retired for 5 years, in my late 60's. In which order of the above will you buy, given that a few of them are in their all time high. Could u rank them from high (10) to Low (1), and what entry price make sense to you. From a dividend return point of view, and from a Growth point of view. Take as many credit as you see fit. Thank you again

Q: I saw a video clip of the Parliamentary Budget officer giving a dire review of the financial health of the country. Pretty much saying it is unsustainable unless something is done quickly. Are you recommending any significant changes to individual investors portfolios based on these findings? What would happen to stocks if Canada defaulted on its debt?

Q: Is there any way to determine how "pure a play" L is as a consumer defensive vs MRU? What I am trying to get at is that there are a lot of consumer discretionary type items sold at Shoppers (probably the majority of the revenue?). Even Loblaw stores sell clothes. Metro seems to me more a defensive name in terms of groceries. Are there any publicly disclosed facts to prove or disprove this thesis? Thanks as always for your thoughts.

Q: In response to a request to rank 14 prescribed stocks, you ranked KSI at the top of the list just behind SHOP, and both KSI and VHi ahead of LMN. Knowing your positive view of LMN, I would appreciate your rationale for rating the two health services stocks so highly. Was it the 3-4 year timeframe?

Thank you,

Q: Hello Team,

Looking at adding some funds to CAN stocks I already own, are you able to rank these in order from 1 to 14 based on a 3-4 year hold, I'm not worried about company size or industry. Thanks!

Q: Good morning.

In an attempt to diversify my stock holdings across different sectors of the economy I was having difficulty in determining to which sector TRI belongs. I’ve seen it referred to as a technology company, a finance company and an industrial company. If you had a gun to your head (please pardon the figure of speech) and had to choose a sector to which TRI belongs which one would you choose?

Many thanks.

Q: Please state which of these would be a buy at today's prices and if not, where you would target entering a new position. Also please rank based on potential for 12 year gains from today's (or tomorrow if you reply Thursday).
