Q: hello 5i team, I am 68 years old. As I get older I like to simplify my portfolios. Above is my CDN holdings. I have a U.S. portfolio of about 15 blue chip companies.
from this list which ones would you keep and which ones to sell? and time frame to sell? now/ 6 months+?

Q: Dear 5i,
Your ENGH report dated August 27, 2020 stated insider ownership of 22%.
I looked at the insider information on the company provided by your web site and could not find a statistic for current %insider ownership but, I did see %institutional ownership. Where can I find this information? It looks like insiders have been selling lately. Can you please tell me the current %insider ownership.

Q: Between Enghouse and Topicus, which is the better buy right now?

Q: I hold a small position in ENGH. Since peaking on Sept 4th at just over $80, it has been in a long steady decline for 9 months, to the low $50's, a drop of about 1/3 of its value. The results just released Thursday night look very weak to me, especially compared to the previous year, although covid helped their video division significantly last year, and the stock is still trading at pretty high multiples, despite the decline in the stock price. I know you have mentioned many times that you feel ENGH is a good long term steady business. Wondering if you still feel this stock is worth adding to, or is it time to sell and move on to something that offers more growth? Or do you still think there is reason to expect good revenue and income growth from ENGH over the next few years? Would you sell ENGH and add to existing positions in NVEI, TOI or DSG? Thanks.

Q: Your thoughts re recent earnings please. Do the misses reflect sector issues or are they company specific?

Q: I bought shares in TFSA at ~$75 per share about one year ago.
It has fallen to ~$54 per share.
If one believes in the company should one continue to hold
or should I consider selling and looking elsewhere?

Q: ENGH has been dropping just before earnings release, also showing some insider selling. With the probability of earnings being "OK" and the 52 week low for this reliable company my thesis thinks there could be a short term trade here with manageable downside risk? What advice would you give to a person with such thoughts in their head?

I have a 1/2 holding in Enghouse and am considering adding. On the positive side, Enghouse increased its hosted and maintenance services revenue, increased margins and reduced costs in Q1 2021, and made an acquisition in Portugal. On the negative side, I wonder how much damage Enghouse caused with many investors with its special $1.50 dividend, and how long this negativity may impact them. Would you support increasing a position at this time, or biding time and waiting? Thank you.

Q: As I write this, Friday mid afternoon, all of the markets are sharply higher. Gains seem to be pretty much across the board. I like to look at outliers that are bucking the trend. There are a few stocks that you have been optimistic about that are actually down today. Wondering if any of these are not as favoured by the market, given their performance today. Perhaps issues with recent results. Understanding that you can't read too much into one day's trading, but several of these have dropped quite a bit lately, and I'm wondering what your current feelings would be on buying these today for a long term hold in a diversified portfolio. Would you give each a rating from 1 to 10 as to how strongly you would want each of these in a portfolio? BYD, CSU, CTS, DOO, DND, ENGH, LNF, PBH, REAL, STC.

Q: $64.27 p/p of ENGH,1.25% position,19% loss.Almost straight drop to current $52.04 from $62.94 on Mar 22. Thinking of switching to better potential,in particular, DSG &/or u suggestions. Q: I know you are positive on Enghouse, and would appreciate your thoughts on the competitive position of their Vidyo conferencing business. All I ever hear about is Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Does Video have a meaningful part of the market, and does 5i view that it has solid growth potential versus competitors in this sector?

Q: Long term holder of CGI in RSP account, and although it’s performed decent enough, I’m looking for more growth. Which of DSG or ENGH would you recommend switching to, or would 1/2 position in both make more sense?
