Q: Hi
Could you please compare Abbott and Dexcom. I am hopeful that the Diabetic Glucose Monitors market will be profitable. I think I am not alone with this giving the valuation of DXCM...,or would ABT win the comparison on size, diversity, etc.? Thank you for helping us out with your insight.

Q: I believe you have had favourable comments and outlook for both of these stocks in the past. In our current environment can you indicate your preference for a long term hold, and perhaps a brief discussion of any risks that go with the potential rewards?

Q: Hi group I believe that Tech + health + gold will be the leaders when we come out of recession. Can you give me a list of 2 ETFs for each sector along with 2 individual stocks you like for Canada + USA. Am also interested you take on my sectors that will lead the recovery and should I start picking away or wait ??? (I believe the market are vastly overbought and does not factor in the economic reality that the virus is going to do to the market. Please deduct credits at your discretion.

Q: I have been following ABT and RMD recently. They have both been trading down the last couple of days when the market is up.

Could you please provide your thoughts on why these companies are down relative to the market recently? I would have thought that they would be doing well given the current situation.

Thank you.

Q: Portfolio analytics says I am low in healthcare so that means pretty much US companies. I already have 3.5% in Abbot but see you referring to Medtronic as attractive quite often. Since they are both in the medical device category, does this make buying MDT to similar of a purchase to ABT? Would I be better switching to MDT or look at something else in the sector. Some capital gains if I do switch.

Thanks for the great service.

Q: What are you're thoughts on WBA's earnings. Given the recent selloff would you still hold it for the long term or sell. I do not mind volatility. If it is a sell what US stock would you replace it with for growth. Thanks Chris

Q: I currently have small positions in ABT, CELG, and PHG. Thinking about selling the 3 and buying PFE unless you suggest otherwise. Also have a full position in GUD.
Thanks for the great service.

Q: Hi Peter & team: Greetings! with reference to Tamara's question regarding who will be next US president, I hold the 3 US stock with total of some 10% gain (that is all I have in US$ and it is about 4% of my portfolio) should I hold or sell? Some money managers still recommend it. SIS I have some 30% gain and it is only less than 2% of my portfolio and you still favour it, should I take some profit? Honestly taking profit is difficult as it increases my total income and I may face a clawback of OAS. Please feel free to take my credit points as I have lots of it! Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter and Team, The last question asked was on Dec. 24. Since the Dutch Auction, the shares have steadily declined (surprising?) and I'm beginning to lose patience, as I unfortunately bought it at a peak. Are there any compelling reasons to hang on, or would a switch to something like OTC be a better move to stay in the same space? ABT is held in my RRIF.
Thanks.
