Q: I have these stocks in varying amounts in my TFSA . I have decided to sell one, two or three names to fund a purchase. Which three would you sell first? Thanks as always

Q: A little while back, I saw some info on CTS and thought to start a position; I purchased about 0.5% weight of my equity portfolio., and I was thinking of adding. I currently have CSU at about 3.75% weight. I have no TOI, which. has been favourably mentioned here. Some time ago I realized I was overdiversifies and had too many holdings; I have been reducing the overall number of positions held; it is no longer as big a problem but still could do with some more reduction over time. With all that in mind:
1. Do you see CSU and TOI as one position, or are they sufficiently different to count as 2?
2. If you were me, would you simply sell CTS and add to CSU?
3. Sell CTS & some CSU and add TOI?
4. Sell some CSU and add to CTS?
5. Sell a bit more CSU and add to CTS and buy some TOI?

Q: What do you think is next step for TRZ, is the company a buy at this level?

Q: In my unregistered account (focus on low-debt, low volatility, dividend payers, and about 1/3 of total portfolio) my only real estate exposure is CRT.UN (5% of account, 1.8% of total portfolio). I have similar level of investment in CTC.
Would it make sense to replace CRT.UN with BAM.A, realizing that BAM would have much more than real estate (I have quite a bit of other renewable power elsewhere) and I'd be giving up around 3% dividends in the move.
Or a different REIT?
Time horizon 5 - 7 years.

Q: I tend to like boring predictable companies. As far as U.S. self storage companies go, how would you rate NSA on the NYSE. Are there others you would prefer.

Q: Recognizing that these two companies are in vastly different industries, which one would you choose for a 3/5 year hold and why.

Q: I have a 5% position in Visa and 2% position in Lightspeed. I am considering adding a position in PayPal or Square to my TFSA.Which would you prefer today? Or should I diversify into something like Shopify?
Could you rate the above stocks in terms of risk and also include Crowdstrike?I have a long time horizon.

Q: At one time I owned CSU (bought at $110 and sold at $600) and regretted the decision ever since. The money was needed for a real estate purchase in Toronto. I purchased SHOP at $40 and I have not sold any shares. I was considering selling 50% of my SHOP and buying CSU for a long term hold.

What is your opinion of the acquisition today by Converge Technologies (CTS)?
Is it a big deal (accretive) for the company vs prior acquisitions or simply a nice tuck in?
Is it still considered a good small cap add/buy in a basket of small caps?
It is up 11% today so it looks like the market likes the deal!

Q: Have owed now for several years and up about 50%, with stimulus about to hit in US, good to stay here, maybe another bank/financial tool for higher dividend and some growth or maybe in some other area to get what im looking for?

If I think of all my accounts as one what would you suggest my sector allocations be for an income account. Also, what do you suggest that my sector allocations be as to Canadian, United States and Global holdings

Q: Happy Easter everyone, I wanted to get your thoughts on the recent earnings for LULU if you would be a buyer at the $300 level . Additionally with the reopening in view what are your thoughts on Nike and Under armer as well? I feel that with the nicer weather and lifting of restrictions people might start thinking about getting back into shape before everything reopens.
