Q: 2021 was expected to be a good year for the agriculture industry. However it appears the heat wave in North America will reduce harvest. NTR comprises 4.5% of my growth portfolio. Would it be a good idea to reduce exposure in NTR?

Q: Hi,
I have the above ETF in my TFSA and have been doing very well for quite some time. I noticed that it is now at a loss of 34% overnight! I noted that there has been talk of a consolidation taken place. Should that have had a negative impact on the ETF? Your feedback and advise if mostly appreciated.

Q: WTG has announced a "modified dutch auction" to buy back $1Billion worth of shares.
Is there anything to be learned from previous companies that did this? The trading activity is going to be skewed for the next few months. I believe the price will trade closer to $98 over the next few weeks.

I owned shares of HCG when they did a similar proposal and I recall regretting not selling to the market just before the offer closed because it traded above the cutoff price.
