Q: Dear 5i
TEAM is still quite aways away from its 52 week high . This could be a good stock to buy on this basis assuming its earning growth is good over the next year or two . What`s your recommendation ? Is there another similar stock that you like better ?
Thanks

Q: What are the Canadian equivalents to the NYSE's XLP? I'm looking for an ETF on the TMX which has decent liquidity and market cap.
I'm thinking it might be better for me to simply buy several Cdn consumer stocks and 'build' my own ETF.
Thanks...

Nutrien Ltd. (NTR)
Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,
Another question about Nutrien......The following is an excerpt from a recent Morningstar report on NTR:
"While the market likely overvalues the fertilizer business' outlook, we
think investors undervalue the lithium business, which will generate the majority of future profits."
What is your view on the above statement?
Your recent answer to another member that used a baseball analogy was interesting, so would it be correct to say that NTR is not a 'buy and hold forever' type of stock?
Also, what would be your top picks for lithium stocks (any country), and Canadian ETFs that have substantial lithium exposure?
Thanks in advance for your insight.

Intertape Polymer Group Inc. (ITP)
-
West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. (WFG)
Q: HI Peter and Staff
I own ITP in my basket of materials stocks. Trading at $1 below proposed sales price.
Assume the $9.99 * 2 is not an issue would you pull the trigger now and increase a modest position in TECK.B or wait for the sale to close?
Also assuming position in TECK.B is not overweight regardless of answer to first question would you continue to hold WFG in the basket or dump it in favour of increasing position in TECK.B?
Thanks for you you do

Q: I have about half of my balanced income portfolio in equities and the remainder in cash. Although my stocks are balanced, I still hold no fixed income investments. I like the sleep at night cash but feel it is too big of a chunk to just let sit in cash., Can you please suggest an approach to fixed income and recommend a few possibilities to consider. As always, thanks for your help
Q: Hi 5i
As we all know, growth companies need to maintain strong growth to justify their valuations. In looking at some past answers, I am not clear if you prefer earnings growth or revenue growth as the key metric. For a tech company, what would you consider as a strong earnings growth rate and a strong revenue growth rate? How many years do you look out? Are there any websites that show these projections? I do not believe that your website shows forward looking growth rates, just historical ones.
Thanks again.

Q: Greetings - Katie Stockton has just launched this actively managed etf which utilizes her technical analysis and rebalances monthly via 14 sector etfs. In down cycles she will use treasuries and gold to strive to reduce capital loss. Her Fairlead research company seems well respected in the industry. Aside from the usual caveats that a new etf needs some time to see how it will perform and the need for it to build sufficient liquidity do you have any views regarding Katie's track record as a technician, her reputation in the industry and the approach of active sector rotation based on technicals this particular etf will follow. Would appreciate your views. Thank you.

Q: xbc released a 3 year strategic plan. how does it look to you? should it be good for the stock?
Q: Hi Peter and 5i Team
Have held ENGH for several years in a LIF. I like the dividend of SYZ for income and am considering switching mainly for the dividend. I believe you rate ENGH higher than SYZ but like them both. Which do you think will make a better recovery? Is this a reasonable move?
Thanks
Gary
