Q: I am trying to track down a pipeline company someone recently mentioned, along with enbridge and others. It trades at less then $1, and has dropped in price considerably in one year (maybe 42%). I think the ticker starts with T, and has a sister company that deals with diesel fuel. If you know of it, do you have an investment opinion of it?

LRCX reported recently. What are your thoughts on these numbers and the company in general? Who are thier main competitors? What will be the main drivers of growth for the next few quarters and are they positioned correctly to take advantage of any tailwinds from global AI demand expansion.

Q: Dear Peter et al:

PLTR earnings report is May 6th, FTNT on May 02 and SMCI tomorrow!! (30th April)


This is a general question and not personal!

If some had a small position and plan to add more to these three stocks, Worth writing Cash secured puts? So close to Earnings date?

IF you were to write a cash secured put what would be the price that you would choose to write for these three, including SMCI.
(Of course not guaranteed that the order will fill!)

Q: Would I be correct in saying that your recent answers are showing a preference for VRT rather than SMCI or ALAB? Can you rate each of the three on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being a strong buy) and at what level you would buy each? Also, if you have in fact shifted slightly away from SMCI and to VRT as a fav, what makes it more desirable?

Q: You can't argue with the success of BRK.B, but I do struggle with Apple at 50% of the portfolio weighting. It looks more like a bet on Apple than an investment in a diversfied portfolio. I wonder if BRK.B could achieve better returns if it was equally weighted across the sectors?

Wondering if I can get your current opinion on Nextracker? Seems I may have had some unfortunate timing with my recent purchase of this company, as it's now down 26%. Is this some short-term manipulation and shorting by large hedge funds? My understanding is that it has realized big SP pops after the last few earnings releases. In anticipation of a repeat performance in the upcoming May release, might it be a good time to do some buying (ignoring the usual advice that you're not big fans of averaging down)? Thanks. Brad

Q: With US GDP down and inflation creeping up, what is the FED to do now? Cut rates and inflation will increase. Increase rates and economy could crash. Are we headed for stagflation?
