Q: I bought CSU way back at $400 or so and (despite your advice), hate the idea of selling any more of a stock that seems to do so well month after month. At some point however, I need to reduce CSU again, and am wondering about putting some into LMN which you like as well. I have very small positions in both TOI and LMN, but so far neither has done much in comparison to CSU.

My question is, if CSU has "an event" that drags it down really badly, will the sister companies also get tarred with the same brush? Would I be better looking at something completely different like HPS.A?

Q: Empire Chief Operating Officer Pierre St-Laurent Sells 100% Of Holding. This is a headline I read yesterday.
Insiders are selling because of a variety of issues. However, rarely a COO eliminates 100% of his position.
Do you see a specific company issue for this sale? Are you comfortable with holding this security?

I have made some profit with Shop and was thinking of skimming a little off and buying some Galaxy. I know...we are comparing apples to oranges. Do you think that Galaxy has some good growth potential ahead of it to make this move worthwhile?

Q: I have held the above stocks in my open account for several years. All stocks have shown a positive return except for BNS which is down approximately 20%. I have some cash to invest in the market and would like to purchase additional shares in some of these companies for a 3 to 5 year investment. Q: Long investor trying my best to hang in there in with some of my dog stocks. Down significantly in Matterport 85%. Guardant Health 29%. Canada Goose 45%. Inmode 40%. Southwest Airlines 40%. Viemed 32%.
My 5i membership has been a stalwart of sound reason over the years, and I’ve appreciated your take on some companies that nose dive, but you feel are worthy of hanging onto, even if it takes a year or more. (ROKU and PINS spring to mind). With some potential tax loss harvesting coming up, which of the following would you think could be a re-buy, and which could be saluted and sent off to oblivion after the sale? I’m consigned now to doing either.

Q: I have .85 and .79 % holdings respectively in the above 2 companies. The dividend yields are paltry so I'm thinking of consolidating them . Which of the two do you see with better growth potential or could you recommend 3 or 4 others with better growth opportunities irrespective of sector allocation with a dividend and without a dividend. I already hold CSU, LMN, TOI, TFII, GLXY, HPS.A

Q: Good Morning,

Our RESP for my 13-year-old daughter is currently valued at about $42k. It is comprised of 25% Google, 25% AMD, 25% DSG, 13% Apple, and 12% VMD. From what i gather, all three companies reported good numbers. Lumine group is surging, but bep.un is down and topicus from yahoo shows very little volume. Can you please comment on results? thanks very much
