Q: I have held Kinaxis for a few (disappointing) years now. This is a logistics/ risk management software company as I understand it.
If what there were a time to succeed in this environment, it would be this- I mean the only thing more timely might be a German weapons maker in terms of sector demand.
Is there reason to believe that KXS has a useful downstream growth story to justify holding?

Q: These two seem to be in the same "space". I'm not sure if they are competitors. I'm also trying to better understand this crypto market. Both appear to have potential and I understand that they are risky and I assume they both will move with the price of bitcoin.
I would like to have a small position. Do you recomend one over the other or a small position in each. Thanks John

Q: Besides BRK & CSU, what other companies pay no dividend or only a tiny dividend since presumably they feel they can give sharholders a return higher by investing the funds. Cdn, US, or Global names appreciated. What would be your favorite to put away for 5 years with little need to check on them. Thank you for all your great work !

Q: Hi,

Can you please comment on Kraken's most recent acquisition from a competitive point of view, ie does this place them more of a leader in their segment or simply adds to their offerings and maybe is more of a one stop shop?
I have owned the stock for about 4 years now and it's become a meaningful position.

Cheers,
Steve

Q: Is XIT worth holding? Or would one be better off just buying the top 3 holdings in equal weightings. For CDN tech, what would be the best buys today for the long term?

Q: I believe the current market downturn provides opportunity. I would like your insight into the following two questions; along the lines of "be greedy when others are fearful".

First, recognizing a 2-3 year hold is very, very short term thinking, what are 3 companies with dividend bearing stock that you feel would be in the top 10% of performers as the market recovers.

Second, what 3 companies do you feel provide the biggest stock price recovery and growth opportunity for a 5+ year hold.

Thanks as always,

Dave

Q: Can you please provide some thoughts on its recent softness. Other stocks like WSP and STN have held up relatively much better, during the current market setback. Stock price is now off over 20% + from its recent high of $84 and and continues to be in a downtrend. Is present valuation expensive, compared to its peers ?

We have a 2.5% holding with an ACB of $73. Do you see potential for recovery in the stock price or should we let it go ? Please support your view with reasons to hold or sell.

Thank You

Q: Every broker has issues, and Interactive Brokers has many. Given they also charge a commission and there are now multiple choices among Canadian Brokers for zero commission, including a bonus for transferring, I’ve finally moved my acct. Also the founder of Interactive Brokers is a very wealthy Trump supporter, so there's that as well.

Could I get your thoughts on DUOL’s earnings? As well as company potential? Is the current share price drop more market related?

Q: Any stocks dropping that you feel represent a good buying opportunity? Perhaps something being sold that is an ‘overreaction’ or will look like a good buy in a year or so from now? Thanks
