Q: How should we interpret the 'Best Stock Idea' list of stocks - say for example Blackline Safety. It is not in any of the portfolios (unless I missed that) and it doesn't show up in answers to questions about best stocks for growth, return from large drops etc.

Are the 'Best Stocks' just new ideas but not necessarily ones with large conviction from 5i?

Curious to get more insight into this section. Thx.

Q: Hi, thoughts on the 1/4 please. Do financials still appear on track?
I thought at one time 5i indicated that they are/were nearing profitability. 5i's Company EPS estimates page shows fy2025 and fy2026 still at a loss of .08 and .07 cents, respectively.
I do own the stock and was accumulating around the $4.50-5 but they are down a fair bit from the 52 week high now. Stay the course?

Q: Please update your opinion on CRCL (last Q was Nov 4) based on today's price of $98. Quite a fall from the peak and JP Morgan among others have recently downgraded with targets in the $90's. I have been waiting for an entry point and would respectfully ask that you explain why it continues to fall, how low you think it could go based on news, fundamentals and technical support and what your strategy would be for building a full position. If you would wait, please outline a target price and what you would need to see to get involved. A cherry on top would be a two year price target, what needs to happen for that target to be achieved and a percentage chance of that happening.

In a recent very popular question, judging by the up votes, you gave a number of equities that you would recommend for a TFSA:
SHOP, TRI, BN, GLXY, SLF, AEM, PNG, EIF, CLS, TD

Like many others, i am always interested in tweaking my TFSA and so I wondered about your answer. Tri, BN, SLF and TD seem to me solid, 10 star companies. But i wondered about putting Shop, Cls, glxy, pyng etc into this account. To my mind they don’t seem any where near the blue chip quality of the previous mentioned stocks. I know that to make money in a TFSA that you have to take some risk. But are these too risky for such an important account ?

I am not saying that they shouldn’t be in there. But, perhaps I am just nervous because they are relatively new and unproven over a long period.
So, i would be interested in hearing what level of confidence you would have in them. And related to that, what weight you would give them?

Could you also add HOOD to the mix and your level of confidence in a TFSA
