Q: HBTE I realize it's very new, very small, highly concentrated on a very volatile sector, other than that, curious on your thoughts on this etf? Would you consider the holdings "leaders" as advertised?

Q: I can't seem to find out much about this company Droneshield (DRSHF), but it keeps popping to the top of my momentum list. What do you think of them? They're not listed on site here.

Q: Can you please compare and contrast these two companies? KTOS has great momentum which makes sense. AVAV had the same until its capital raise a week or so ago. If someone wanted a growth tilted investment in the defence sector with an eye to Trump's bill would you choose one over the other and why? What would your entry point be for both?

Q: Hi Peter and the 5i Team,

The recent performance of QSR has been quite lacklustre to say the least. If you were buying today, in what order would you buy QSR and its major Canadian peers (AW.UN, MTY, ans BPF.UN)?

Thanks for your valuable insight.

Q: For a conservative investor making an initial investment in o&g industry ( other than owning ENB ), which would you suggest ?

I like the integrated biz and very long reserves of SU and the proven management and size of CNQ.

Which company can handle lower oil prices best ? Which is more dividend growth friendly ?

I’m thinking either one is fine and it’s a coin toss, but any further considerations you can provide would be appreciated.

Thanks, Derek.

Q: Hi

According to Barron's : "Shares of Vertiv Holdings, a leader in data-center cooling solutions, were falling Thursday after Amazon.com's Amazon Web Services announced the development of a new cooling system of its own. Analysts, however, think the selloff is "overblown."

Probably a wait and see, I would think but have to check with the guru. Any opinion?

Carl

Q: David Rosenberg recently wrote an article relating to the outsized US debt situation.
One of his recommendations is high quality bonds. Would you agree with this assessment?
What high quality bonds would you purchase and what length of time - short or long term?
Thank you!

Q: I'd like some information on the ETF MSTE ....... Looking on the Harvest website they offer the following explanation of what the ETF is .......

" The Harvest MicroStrategy Enhanced High Income Shares ETF invests all its assets, directly or indirectly, in Class A shares of MicroStrategy. MicroStrategy provides business intelligence, mobile software, and cloud-based services. The company’s securities have developed into a Bitcoin treasury holding company, due to its substantial holdings in the world’s premier digital currency."

I take it from the last sentence that it has evolved into a " proxy for Bitcoin " . Is that correct ? And from it's historical high to it's current trading level it has fallen 9.9% . Is that correct ? And looking at it's history of dividend payments { it has paid four dividends . Two of .66 and two of .60 } I come up with a 40% dividend { based on the lessor of the two dividend rates } ..... Is that correct ?

Personally I am from the Jamie Dimon school of crypto-currency ..... The stuff has no value whatever. But I can't deny the steady growth since someone came up with the idea of " Let's make a currency for criminals the government hasn't regulated " ......

So what am I buying here ? A less volatile method of investing in Bitcoin with a honking big dividend ? Or if one is so interested, is Bitcoin itself the better choice ? .....

Thanks for your terrific service ......
