Q: ADP and PAYX seem to have quite similar businesses and I am having a hard time picking the long-term winner in their HR services market. It doesn't seem to make sense to own both. Which of the two would you prefer for a long term investment and why?

Q: I already own Honeywell and BAE Systems but want to increase and diversify my holdings in Industrials. I know you like ROP, but I am also looking at PAYX, MMM and EMR. I am tempted by MMM, because it is so beaten up and is quite different from my existing holdings, but I worry that it is beaten up for good reason. Could you rank these four industrials in terms of quality for a long term investment, taking into account their current valuations?
Q: I was thinking of selling my holdings in Paychex based on short term price target upside and purchasing CAE which seems to be selling at a discount with recent insider buying by Elise Eberwein one of their newly appointed directors. Your thoughts on this? And how much stake do you put into seasonal investing? What do you think of the people and website running equityclock?

Q: What are thoughts on this company? It falls under industrials but is more about financial/tech so would a 1/3 allocation to each sector make sense?
Q: Hi 5i,
Could you rank these companies in terms of growth and stability? I'm looking for a 5+ year hold.
TIA!

Q: Which would you consider the better investment? Ceridian or Paychex? Which would have the better economic moat and future growth potential in your opinion?
Q: Please provide your updated view on this company. Is all well with the growth trajectory?
Q: I seem to have gotten overweight financials in my US portfolio. i currently own JPM, VISA, Etrade, Paychex. I do prefer to hold a basket in each sector as i don't like single company risk. What would recommend, trim each or could you list these in preference order of best to own. I like them all for different reasons so i am struggling to make a decision here.
Q: Hi 5i:
Two questions: (1) I think you said in response to a recent query that AMZN could be put in the consumer cyclical category. Is that correct?
(2) Paychex has been mentioned several times recently on BNN. What is your assessment of this company for the next two years, say. How robust to a downturn would it likely be?
Many thanks RT

Q: Would you buy Paychex at todays price?
Q: I realize the US is not your area of focus, but for a sizeable company that services a wide swath of mid-sized US companies, the type that could possibly be seen as benefiting from a made-in-America increase in the GDP rate, would paychex be a good investment in that? It's off a bit in the last few days after having done quite well, taking more pressure than the market today (-2+%) and pays a nice divi of 3%. Is it investable for the long-term?
