Q: Hi, can you explain why Descarte Sytems is doing so much better than other Tech stocks in the last year or so? In other words what are they doing differently than similar Tech stocks in Canada, thanks?

Q: Hi team
the last question on this company by another person was in early Jan 2023
the acquisition or potential acquisition of IAA was not a most welcome news
he/she was told to wait until the dust settled abit
now that we are in March, I wonder if the situation or outlook for RBA .to has changed, it pays a dividend and looking for a long term hold for dividend and some capital appreciation
if not recommended at this stage, another similar name in Cdn market would be appreciated;
thanks
Michael

Q: What is your opinion on this as a value. Does it trade on tsx. I like the feature of hedging the price to CAD. What is the MER or cost for it. And the ticker.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: Crowd reported what appears to be good results in their latest quarter, although the losses increased. I would appreciate your comments.
Q: Regarding AQN, your response to Robert(Mar. 07), indicated earning consensus is 19.4c on March 17. If AQN itself is only expecting 55c-61c for the year, are the analysts not setting up the company for a huge miss on the 17th?

Q: I need to trim my technology exposure. Can you please rank CSU, GOOG and KXS for a one to two year period, and advise what percentage of a portfolio you would allocate to technology at this time?
Q: Nvidia has had a nice run in 2023, but price targets are all over the map $175-350. What are your thoughts on buy/sell/hold NVDA (if a full 5% position in one's portfolio)? Does the AI opportunity justify the valuation?
Q: As the share price of HCG continues to slide, I would like your opinion as to whether this still represents a decent arbitrage opportunity. Thank-you.

Q: Would you please comment on CWB’s recent earnings report including your opinion of this Canadian financial.
Q: I am considering adding CAT to the industrial sector of my TFSA to complement WSP. I would like a relatively safe 10% annual return from CAT. I note that WSP ate CAT's lunch with 3&5 year returns. Cat is doing better over 3,6 and 12 months. The impetus for the CAT addition is the infrastructure bill $$$$ in the US. Is this a good plan for a 3-5 year hold? Thank you
Q: I am contemplating selling MG (bought at $103C) and buying DSG. I realize the diff in sectors, but using growth and risk as the prime criteria, would you be supportive of the switch?

Q: If you were setting up a TFSA with CAD equities only, what five stocks do you recommend ranked by order you would purchase. If you could give a brief reason as to why you recommended each equity, that would be appreciated.
Q: Morning Peter & Team,
I've done very well lately, large part thanks to you. Now I am preparing to take some off the table. Plan on investing part into a 1 yr term @ 5.65% which I figure is pretty good. I am also looking for names (stocks or ETFs) which generate good cash flow and support high sustainable dividends. Can you give me 3 names (Canada & US) that you think deserve consideration? Preferably minimal debt if possible please.
Thanks for all you do
