Q: Hi Team,
Just looking for some general thoughts here with GSY. It's hard to believe that it's been 4 years now since GSY share price has peaked. Yet, just the other day GSY announced their loan portfolio hit the 5 Billion mark. Not so long ago it was 3B, and not so long before that 1B. It appears to me that the company has it a scale in their lending and now the loan book is growing at a rapid, exponential pace. However, the share price still has not recovered from 2021 peak. Do you see this as a massive "base" forming here per say? Do you fore see another long term uptrend starting here anytime soon? Trying to gauge the disconnect here between the solid earnings and loan book growth over the last 4 years and the current share price. Is the set up here a great buying opportunity for the next decade?

Q: Looking for your thoughts on GLBE as tariffs (hopefully) stop dominating the conversation. One report I read shared the following and I wanted your thoughts on it as well as whether you would buy now or if you think it is going to move lower:

The new 3-year agreement with Shopify and uncertainty surrounding tariffs has created a lot of uncertainty, putting pressure on Global-e’s stock, but we are of the view that this is an overreaction and this business is a lot more resilient than the market’s current perception. Management is confident that the company will grow its revenue by mid-20% CAGR over the next 4 years and the FCF margin will settle in the mid-high 20% range.

Q: Bought deal fort PNG, $100M, at $2.66 a share. What does this mean? Seems like a high amount for PNG. Is this to get new sales and prepare/fulfill new larger orders? I believe all this is good news but I defer to the experts. Is it good for shareholders?

Q: Could you please comment on the recent announcement that Vitalhub "filed and obtained a receipt for a preliminary short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario"?

Q: Hello, I would like your opinion of BTB REIT. I know it is small but it seems to be chugging along since the pandemic. The distribution is attractive, given the 8% AND the fact that, since 2006, it is all return of capital. How is this possible since most other REITs have typically a mixed bag of ROC and « other income » and/or capital gains? Thanks
