This stock was recommended to me as one with a lot of potential. I did some research and I believe it is a SPAC. I am apprehensive when SPACS are involved, but would appreciate an explanation and an opinion on the potential of WM Technology. I value your opinion and appreciate your service.

Q: Hi team,
I am aware that you are quite upbeat about this company but am "confused " about the following areas in : Price to Comparisons,i.e.Price to Free cash at 6.30,Price to Cash flow at 3.60,but in the Valuation Ratios Book Value of equity per share at 0.44. How practical are these calculations for evaluating a company's prospects when making an investment decision? According to analysts the target price for GXE is 1.10 ,is this realistic?

Q: Greetings:
I know because it has been mentioned countless times that you are not tax experts, but perhaps you can help. When does a section 85 form need to be filed and when not? In the case of IPL, PWF, Uranium participation by Sprott Uranium Trust it is necessary, but not with score media and Penn. Perhaps it depends if it is a merger or acquisition, and what determines this. Perhaps the rules have changed in the last months. Thanks for your help.

Q: With the big banks flush with cash and rumours that they are looking at acquiring wealth mgt or fintech companies, could you name a few companies are your radar that would make a good fit? Something like goeasy or a wealth management company. Do you think they would be in a position to buy something like square or PayPal? I don’t think they would be interested in small fin tech companies like mogo?

Q: Have some cash to purchase one or two companies in my TFSA. Am wondering about CTS or PKK. What is your opinion of these 2, which would you prefer and why?

An alternative would be to add to a couple recent purchases that I have I/2 positions in. These are ATZ, TIXT, NEO.

I await your guidance and please take the appropriate # of credits, I know this is more than one credit.

Q: Puzzled!! These wrts expire in June 2022 with an exercise price of 1.00, less than a year, and fairly well bid at .12cents. So the wrts are expecting the stock , now at .27cents to quadruple+ before expiry! What am I missing here as the stock has had a poor year, trading near its low. Company says they have been restricted by Covid-19.
