Q: I have a general question but I will use SIS to help me as an example. I am trying to learn how to find out what a company's Debt is. I want to be able to calculate the ratio of Debt to Cash Flow. I can find Cash Flow right from the TD Direct Investing website, but how can I find "Debt" to plug into the ratio? Many thanks. Marilyn

Q: In its Q1 report, BRE attributed its net loss to "the fair value of the exchangeable units issued by the Company, driven by a rise in the Company's share price." Other metrics were encouraging, but particularly considering the scope (~80% of revenue) of the exchangeable units penalty, should I be concerned about their impact going-forward? Their effect seems to be to punish the company when it shows good momentum.

Q: Good Morning,
Just wondering what you think of the Drone Delivery deal with Air Canada? I made a few dollars on this a year or so ago by selling when the price spiked, but this news seems especially promising for a sustainable upward trend. Of course, this is a highly speculative stock given they are pre-revenue, but it seems like drone transportation is something to seriously consider with AC getting involved. Thanks.

Q: Comment from Tony Marino president and CEO at VET at RBC global energy conference this week:
Under the current pricing environment, the company believes its dividend and capital program to be over-funded.
Vermilion expects to cover its dividend plus sustaining capital spend at a US$40/bbl WTI price, with growth capital covered
at US$50/bbl.
The company observed its elevated dividend yield but affirmed commitment to its current levels.
Reassuring for those worried!

Q: Thinking of 3-4 year play in some combination of this group. Risk is not the primary concern. Is this a viable strategy for a small portfolio segregated from other assets? What combination, if any, would you recommend? AYX momentum seems to be slowing. Is that a concern from your perspective?
