Q: I have owned MCR for quite some time and wanted to get out of it but I was down about 40% for the longest time, Now there's news its going private at 4 bucks a share and the price has skyrocketed. At the 3.92 its currently trading at I'm only down 5%, so would this be a good time to exit? When would I receive the cash of 4$ a share if I continue to hold?

Q: I have a less than 1% position in MCR and am looking at topping it up. My only other Energy position is ENB which is 4%
Are you still comfortable with the prospects for this company ? If so, given the low volume, any suggestions on how to approach buying ?My thought was to put in a limit order for 2.60 and just let that sit until the end of December. Any suggestions would be welcome. Many thanks

Q: Hi 5i Team - I am ready to sell Mission Ready but when selling a losing stock I prefer to replace it quickly with a similar company, in this case not necessarily in the same sector but with a similar market cap along with with better fundamentals and better growth profile. What would be your suggestion(s) be for a replacement. Thanks.

Q: We have very little tech. exposure in our portfolios as a % - so minimal. Own IGM & ARKK in USD portfolio - IGM for 4 years - done very well. In TFSA, own STC, VHI, XIT ETF. All the others are on my list to purchase as not. I would buy equal positions - so, of those we do not own which three would you consider the best in the short and long term. I am mostly a dividend grower investor - companies that increase them every year; however, trying to add a bit of tech. Maybe there others not shown that meet my criteria?

Q: Hi 5i team,
I have XBC in my TFSA with a 50% loss. As you mentioned before, it probably will take about a year for the company to prove itself. There won’t be much upside for this stock in the near future. In order to put the money to better use, I’m going to sell XBC now and use the proceeds to purchase another company hopefully at the cusp of positive move. I’m thinking of ATA / EGLX / MCR from the Growth Portfolio. I’m looking for high revenue growth and strong cash flow. Which of these do you think have the most upside potential in the next 12 months and why or would you suggest another name? Thanks.

Q: In my TSFA have equal weightings of PHO, REAL, WELL and XBC. Have additional funds to invest and was thinking of following AT, CTS, KRR, MCR, NVEI, or QST. You have suggested ATZ, GSY, or KXS which own most elsewhere to was looking to something new. How would you rank these stocks and would you have any better suggestions?

Q: Hey Guys, been a few months since we've heard your thoughts on MCR. I'm flip flopping on this one because its clearly underperformed due to being tied to the o&g sector. But we've seen other o&g companies and even service companies (drilling not pipeline) recovering, while MCR still heads down. However I still see potential here, very high insider ownership, trading below book value, still profitable, reducing shares, decent roic, and 2020 guidance has been updated twice in the last 6 months to 250M. Yes the share price still heads down. I feel this one has the potential to increase dramatically or am I holding on to this one too long? Thx

Q: What are your comments on MCR reported last night. The numbers seemed a little light but it is now trading at about 3X earnings.
Even though it is small, why wouldn't someone buy this highly profitable company?
Because of its size and present environment, are there any plans on removing it
from your Growth portfolio? Thanks
