Q: I have assembled a few names from the US exchanges that have had a tough few months and are likely experiencing some year end portfolio adjustments, ie, Tax Loss Selling. Q: Chegg saw a big drop yesterday with their news of a slowdown in the education industry. Do you see future growth for this company? Would you buy on this dip? Or are there better opportunities out there?

While I wait maybe you can give me some direction on two US stock that are dragging down my foreign portfolio. Both EBS and CHGG have preformed poorly this past month, should I cut my losses and redeploy elsewhere or hang in and wait?. I am open to new ideas and have a high risk tolerance.
