Q: I am underwater with all of my holdings. SHOP is currently down 46%, GSY is down 16% and NPI is down 17%. Should I sell and cut my losses or hold? Can I hope for SHOP or the others to recover in 2-3 years time?

Q: March 2 the market had quite an up day thanks to J. Powell but these 4 stocks went in the opposite direction - some as much as 5% CELH (has recovered and then some), U, SHOP and TOI. Of the 4, can you give me a bit of an explanation. The drastic down and up move in CELH and the down moves in the other 3. Many thanks.

Q: I have very little energy exposure in my registered account.
Is now a good time to add a long-term dividend payer and if so, please suggest 2 for me to consider.
Preferably one that isn't already over-valued and therefore may drop in price should oil return to $50 or $60/ barrel.

Q: I've reviewed past Q&A on your website re: GDRX; also their investor newsletter released with the Q4 and Annual results. Do you see value over the next 5 years after today's strong drop (-38.9%) given it's competitors, revenue growth still reasonably robust, and adj net income and EBITDA that is + and growing?

I was expecting with higher rates that insurance and banks will do well. Trisura is behaving like a tech stock and the banks and insurance are not doing well despite good numbers. Is this due to uncertainty geo-politically? Thanks very much.

Q: I have around 15% of my total portfolio value in energy and utilities, spread across the following stocks. I have held most of these positions for quite some time.

Given the considerable rise in the past year (but still quite far off from ATH for some), would you suggest any consolidations or removal of any of these positions?

ENB: 17.72% of total, 44.35% gain
SU: 14.35% of total, 73.34% gain
MEG: 14% of total, 309.59% gain
WCP: 11.55% of total, 249.88% gain
ERF: 8.82% of total, 421.21% gain
CNQ: 8.67% of total, 248.39% gain
CPG: 7.33% of total, 346.70% gain
POW: 6.72% of total, 67.89% gain
PPL: 6.38% of total, 53.52% gain
AQN: 4.47% of total, 4.83% gain

Q: What is your opinion of Aecons earnings report? I was quite disappointed and the share price drop today suggests many others feel the same. Is this still a growth stock or is it dead money? Should i dump it? (and perhaps buy DIR as it has come down because of the share offering?)
