Q: I am looking for exposure to REITs for some capital appreciation but primarily for income either through individual REITs or ETFs. Can you recommend some individual REITs and ETFs. Is this a good time to be buying REITs instead of bonds for income?

What are your thoughts on Nvei as a long term hold and what are the estimates on its next earnings, and would you know the date of the release? Is Square and Paypal its closest competitors? Q: In an account I look after, the goals are capital preservation and income generation. There is sufficient diversification from other holdings. Some changes are required and I am considering either one of or both of EIF and TCL.A. Their market cap is below $2B; do you see them as reasonably secure and stable. If you had to choose only one, what would you go for? Thank you for your excellent service.

Q: I would like to add some companies to my portfolio that pay dividends which are relatively secure and have debt levels that you think are manageable. I'd go so far as to say low debt levels, but that might exclude some companies that you think can manage a bit more debt. If possible, it would be helpful if you could suggest 6 Canadian and 6 American companies that fit the above criteria. Thanks as always for your valued opinion.

I would like to have your outlook on both BDX and SYK for a long term hold.
BDX has been trading sideways for months. Do you see the stock outperforming by the end of 2021?
SYK - how do you see the company performing? Do you see surgeries picking up with covid cases decreasing ? Is it a good stock to keep ?

Q: I own Air Canada and Cargo Jet and have done very well on both. With Air Canada expanding its Cargo's operation substantially, I wonder if owning both really makes sense. Do you think that replacing CJT with TFII, operating in a different segment of the logistic industry, would be a good/better move?

Q: Do you think there is a possibility Canadian Natural Resources and Tourmaline will increase their dividends sometime in the next 12 months given the amount of free cash flow each seems to be generating at current commodity prices? Or continue aggressively paying down debt? I am also particularly interested in your comments on Tourmaline's earnings release yesterday and what you see for CNQ earnings release.
