Q: As a follow up to my question on Target. What would be a replacement for it? I am a dividend investor with some growth stocks. I aleady have NWC, PEP, PBH and PG. Should I just add to NWC as it is low right now with the 4% dividend, add equally to these or is there a particualr peference of another such as KO?

Q: As i get older i am always thinking about reducing risk in a reasonable way. I have about 2 per cent of my portfolio in pbh. I know it is a smaller company and i have been thinking about taking a cap gain hit to transfer to atd. I was wondering how you would compare these two, rather than by size alone

Q: Hi 5 i Team - I hold some PBH but am considering switching to QSR since it appears to have more opportunities for stock growth, at least in the next couple of years. Do you have a preference between the two at this point based on fundamentals, management and overall outlook. Thanks.

Q: What am I missing about PBH: high crazy debt, low ROE, high P/R . High interest rates must be hurting them with all this debt. I never bought because it always seems expensive. My neighbour and his LP have held 7% shares for many years - bought low single digits. I should have listened to him all those many years ago - LOL.. Too expensive to buy now as I can get better returns in banks: capital and compounding dividends. Just curious on your comments. I thought ofd buying at $79.00 and, of course did not do so.

Q: Hi 5i
I got to the party late on CCL.B (avg. cost $65) and PBH (avg cost $120). SIS did well at first (avg cost $8). You have all 3 as B+. Over the last 5years none of the 3 has done much. Would appreciate your thoughts on why to continue to hold and any catalyst that could get them going.

Q: Hello, just got my income tax refund back and need to buy the above companies to bring up to allocated levels in BE portfolio. Can you please identify if any of them are particularly good or strong buys at this point...or would you suggest putting more or less equal amts of money into a number of them? I note that all are at or close to new highs. Still buyable? Thank you for your excellent services!!

1) For the stock list above would you please suggest a HOLD SELL BUY.

2) I would like to consolidate all of the above stocks into: NVDA GOOGLE and

Q: I am interested in establishing a 2% position in the Consumer Defensive space, and I am debating between Loblaws and Premium Brands. This position is meant to be held for an extended time period of several years. Which company would be better positioned to provide me a substantial return, and if asked to choose, towards which one might you lean? If there is another opportunity in this space that you feel would better fit the aims I have described, I would be happy to read your thoughts.
