Q: Hello 5i, a report from RBC came out this morning with their ''need to have'' tech companies. Their Outperform ratings were on COUR, DBX, DCT, DOCU, JCOM, PEGA, TWLO and PEGA. Are you familiar with those companies and could you please mention your (2) favourites of the list and why? I own DOCU and TWLO already. If your preference is the same, it'll be a relief. If they aren't, I would open a new position since I have room for another one in terms of my allocation. Much appreciated, thank you.

Q: I would appreciate your thoughts on holdings in the portfolio. All have been winners - I am fairly prudent yet always looking for trends and will hold long term. I don't rely on dividends though they are preferable. Would you make changes for another holding(s)?

Petroleum: TOU, FRU, ENB
Finance: GWO, NVEI
Steel: STLC, LIF (Watching cyclical trends)
Auto: MG
Mining: CXB, KL, (TRQ - I expect an upturn in 2 quarters)
Software: CTS, LSPD, TOI
Healthcare: WELL

Thank you for your support.

Q: As a TD Waterhouse user, I received a notification from them this morning that TD had pulled the Q4 IPO. TD gave no reason, and I've been unable to find any other information. I hadn't asked to subscribe to it, but I'm curious about what happened since it was so widely touted. Do you have any insight? Thanks.
Barbara

Q: Hi 5i, What is the break fee, if CN gets the STB approvals? I see CP as being in a "No Lose situation, If they don't get KCS on refusal by STB they walk away with the break fee. Also If CN gets these assets it opens the door for a large US railroad to attack like a pack of hungry wolves to take over CPR. The politicians might have their heads explode if that happens. Does the Canadian government cabinet have to approve either of these deals?
