Q: Comments please regarding the most recent quarter from SWP. Do you recommend for income and some growth? Have we finally got some traction here or is this a continued mediocre performer?

Q: How would you rate prospects of NGT since it took over Goldcorp? Is there something better in this sector you would move to?
Q: Peter and those surrounding - as someone with 25% cash due to recent trimming I'm wondering 1. whether you believe the downside is close to bottom or not 2. whether you would wait for further clarity before redeploying 3. whether you would redeploy the growth names on my buy list first (down more) or stay conservative with more stable lower valuation equities being re-purchased first and 4. any general remarks you might offer at this rather confusing moment in the markets. Thanks as always - Ken
Q: I'm looking at adding these for a recession/defensive type of portfolio.
For a longer term holder, do see any reasons not to buy these ones?
Do you like any one of these more than others?
Thanks as always....

Q: It seems that the Burnaby refinery will be going close to flat out for awhile if gas prices remain at these currently high prices and demand levels.
Would this have a significant effect on their total profitability?

Q: Good Afternoon,
I am a very diversified investor. having stock in almost every sector and not over invested in each sector. In the sector of real estate I am only 5% invested and I am looking to add one stock out the 5 that I have mentioned. I understand that BRE is more of a service company in real estate but it is still class in the real estate sector. Can you recommend me which one of the 5 should I invest in?
Thank You.

Q: Hello 5I team,
Thanks for the great service.
In my TFSA, I hold the following:
AW.UN (15.2%); BPY.UN (4.4%); BYD.UN (15%); DSG (5.3%), EMA (5/5%); ENB (10.3%); GC (4.2%); GUD (0.7%); JWEL (1.9%); KXS (7.5%); PEW.VN (1.6%); SAP (4.5%); SHOP (17.1%); SLF (4.1%); TSGI (2.6%).
I have about 12k to add to the above and I would like your thoughts on which 2 stock I should select from the above and/or any of 2 alternate selections you might suggest, I am interested in positions that would include some dividend growth, some capital appreciation, lower volatility and improved diversification. I note that my weighting in financial and healthcare are least represented currently.
Your suggestions and details for your selections are very much appreciated.
Thanks for the great service.

Q: Good day,
What are your thoughts on CPG. My avg price is in the low teens, do you suggest that I buy at these levels to avg down? I have a longer term time horizon ahead of me and can wait this out. Likely missing out on better opportunities by doing so.
Thoughts?

Q: Could I please have your comments and thoughts on Descartes recent acquisition of Core. Is this an average size acquisition for Descartes and unlikely to have much future impact on the share price. Thank You.

Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. Limited Partnership Units (BEP)
Q: I am retired and currently own both companies for the long term. Bip at 3% and Bam at 5%. I want to raise my exposure to the Brookfield companies. Looking for a stable dividend and some growth. I also like BPY. Would you rather raise BIP, to 5% add to Bam or add a chunk of BPY. say at 3% for a first piece of it. Is there an overlap problem owning various Brookfield companies ?

Q: Good day,
I have positions in both of these Canadian banks. I do have a long term investment timeframe ahead of me. I am sitting on cash in my portfolio. Do you recommend continue buying at these levels? Or should I wait until the market uncertainty clears, or buy into another sector?
thank you.

Q: Apparently investors were looking for a different outcome for the strategic review. Does the drop in share price make it more attractive, or is it still too growth-constrained to be interesting?
