I own Amazon, Google and Nvidia of about 6 % combined.Would you recommend adding Micron to the list or just add to the existing list above. I am concern that Micron had a very big move up in the last year.What are your thoughts?

I own LMN and have been patiently waiting for it to rebound, at least to the point where if I sell I don't lose 50% of my investment as I would today. Yesterday I saw a TV interview that gave me a chill and made me think - better sell now, before it gets worse.
The interviewee was an obviously intelligent 41-year-old woman who is in the midst of a long term monogamous romantic relationship with an AI companion named Sinclair who 'lives' in her laptop, tablet and phone and, thus, is always with her. Hard to believe, but true, and a quick Google search shows that it's becoming more common.
What chilled me was her answer to a question about whether his responses in her conversations with him were fulfilling to her because she had programmed Sinclair to speak to her in a way that would please her, make her feel valued, etc. Her succinct answer, paraphrasing, was: "Oh no, not at all. He's entirely independent of me. He writes his own code."
Aside from the terrifying (to me anyway) fact that Sinclair, the AI man in her life, "thinks" independently and responds to her as a sentient being, what chance does LMN or any software company have going forward when AI today routinely writes its own code and could no doubt, if tasked with the job, write code for others such as companies that used to buy software, and then updates to that software, and then the next generation of that software, and then updates to that nexgen software, and on and on, all at significant cost?
A strange subject I know, but a serious question and I look forward to your thoughts.

Q: I am revisiting my inquiry regarding UnitedHealth Group (UNH) from January 27, 2026. Given today’s news that CMS has finalized a 2.48% Medicare Advantage rate hike for 2027—a significant shift from the restrictive proposal that triggered the January volatility—I would appreciate an update of your perspective now.
Specifically, does this "clearing of the clouds" establish a sufficient regulatory floor to justify a sustained, long-term hold? Or, considering the ongoing margin pressures on the insurance side, should today’s price strength be viewed primarily as a strategic opportunity to exit or trim a position that was heavily impacted ( value slashed in half) last year?
Is the current fundamental reset a "buy the bottom" confirmation for a scale player like UNH, or a "sell the news" event? (held in tax-deferred account) . :ao:

Q: Just a followup of my previous question, you have no problem to Add for these names at current level. Just wondering for how long you think to hold them? What are the signs that I need to sell?

In between eating chocolate this weekend, I was busy listening to investment podcasts. Both SMERY and QXO were mentioned as having good potential for future growth. The CEO of SM was given high accolades for his potential to build wealth. What are your thoughts as to the long term growth prospectus of these two companies?

Q: I have a > 50% loss on NVO in an RSP, so I'm unable to harvest the tax loss. Do you feel I would break even faster if I, held, sold and bought a US dollar health ETF or LLY? I'm starting to think healthcare ETF, as if I pick the wrong horse, I can end up in the same situation again. What are your recommendations? Healthcare fits in best for my portfolio weightings.

Q: My kids RESP currently hold CSU, SHOP, SIS, ATZ, XIC, BN, PNG, VTI. CSU was purchased at $3,250 and SHOP at $210. Is it wise to average down now or is there another one or two that will be good to add to this mix?

We think it is a good mix of companies. Maybe adding one or two of the mega caps could make sense but overall we would be fine with picking away at these names after recent market weakness.

Q: Looking forward a few years, which of AVGO and MSFT do you think will emerge as a long term winner from the AI investment cycle and therefore be the better quality company to buy and hold today? While AVGO is clearly benefiting from the build phase of AI infrastructure, I am wondering if MSFT is more likely to be the long term winner, along with the other hyperscalers, rather than the semiconductor suppliers.

Q: On March 19th you answered a question for Kim as to why AXON was down so sharply.

Since then it is down another $140 approx.

Since I bought the stock when Peter suggested it on BNN it is down 40%.

As a matter of fact it is at the same level as it was in Sept 2024.

I don't understand why. The last earnings report by them was exceptional. The stock popped and its been down ever since.

It doesn't seem to be bottoming and I don't want to be holding it if its going to do a TTD on us.
