Q: It costs $ 5,472.23 to buy one share of Booking this morning, which is a very high price per share for a retail investor.
Is the company trying to discourage retail investors?
Why wouldn't they do a split?

Q: Hi,
I have read with interest but considerable skepticism the Q&A on crypto. Lately I am starting to learn about stablecoin. Irony aside (pegging a digital currency to despised fiat currency - lol), I do think stablecoin is a possible solution to the “wild west” of digital currency.
Having said that, stablecoin is still very new, and the main player, Tether, is private. There are reports about lack of transparency with its operations despite having leading market share and significant assets under management.
With the recent eye-popping CRCL IPO, and the seeming success of Tether, can you provide some insights into the stablecoin space and how a Canadian investor favouring a long-term, total return strategy might participate without speculating?
Thank you for your valued opinion.
Michael

Q: If you buy a limited partnership in a pipeline in the US at tax time you will get forms saying you may have to file a US tax return. This happened to me once and I don't want it to happen again. I was looking to purchase "weat' as there is a real drought setting up in the central plains but am worried that a product like this might trigger another US tax reporting problem. Right or wrong ?
Q: Here are a couple of stocks I should have sold a long time ago. Are either worth keeping at this point? I have very small positions in both.
Q: Thoughts on AAON after selloff? Buy here? Thanks
Q: Hello 5i,
Of the mag 7, I hold MSFT, GOOGL, and META. Please suggest the next mag 7 to hold or just add to those that I already have. This is for 7 to 10 years. My portfolio is balanced in all sectors as a blue chip, dividend, value investor with some growth. Eighty years old.
Thank you for your great service.

Q: Hi 5i,
Up on SMCI and down on CLBT - however both at fairly small entry level weights - without concern for diversification would you consolidate into one or the other at this time or let time work this one out?
Thank you

Q: Hello, what is your opinion of CRM? The price trend is not too good these days but I hesitate to sell because their future still looks good. How patient should I be? Thanks
Q: QS is up today on higher volume. According to my phone there is no new news. Does your news feed show anything, like Volkswagen making a payment? (I can dream as well as the next guy)!

Q: Greetings 5i,
Made a killing on Oklo and sold with the last pop. 114% thank you, Ill take that and run. Possibly will revisit Oklo if there is significant pull back from its highs.
All the same selling Oklo has left a spot in my portfolio where I would have liked to keep something related to the energy needed for all the new AI data centers. My main question is regarding GE Vernova, which I think trades both in CAD and USD. I see that GEV has started construction on a SMR near Toronto with at least 3 others approved. Is this a fair play on the need/push/development of SMRs for Ai and datacenter needs?
Cheers!
