Q: I note you last comment on ZRR (BMO Real Return Bond Index ETF) was in 2022. I note it has declined from the $19 range about a year ago down to $14 currently. What are your thoughts on it today as a place to invest for dividend income (RBC shows a dividend of 6.83%). I am interested in it for income as I am retired. How safe is the dividend and what will cause the price to appreciate again?

iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ex China ETF (EMXC)
Q: Can you please give me a few ideas on Emerging Market ETF's that you like. I would prefer little or no exposure to China. Do you agree with this thinking? Your thoughts and best ideas would be appreciated. Thank You.

Q: Hello,
I'm hoping you might be able to steer me towards several suitable, longer term, investments.
If you were assembling a portfolio of equity investments today, from which you REQUIRED an overall average yield of at least 4%, with a further need for that yield to either keep pace with or to outpace the rate of inflation in coming years; which 5 Canadian and which 5 USA equities would you select to include within your portfolio?
1) Independent of any consideration of a desire for diversity of sector?
2) If diversity were to be considered to be of importance?
Please deduct as many question credits as you feel may be appropriate.
Thank you!

Q: Hi 5i,
I am interested in purchasing HXX to get tax efficient exposure to Eurozone in my NonReg account. The AUM is approx. 95M, Counter party exposue is 24% and the 30 day trading volume is 1,500. Do you see any issues with buying this ETF for the long haul? Is Eurozone a decent valuation compared to Canada and USA markets? thanks

Q: I am looking to balance my portfolio by sector and global geography by recommended asset mix based for my circumstances. Can I scan all 5i reports and answered questions by sector? Is the best method to see geographic allocation for a given selection of stocks within a sector to create a portfolio (of only the selected stocks in a sector) and then run 'Portfolio Tracking and Analytics'? Thank you.
Q: On July 6 U trimmed Toi to 3.5% @ $106.95 after big rally from below $70.On July 12,U consider it as a attractive buy when it was some $98. On july 11,it was $103.46 + 0.84%. Add,Hold or Trim. Q: Hi Team,
Which of these names do you see doing best from current levels 5 yrs from now? Sq, LMN, WELL, or SHOP. I am currently holding a few shares of sq and am considering selling out for a 18% loss and putting the funds to one of the other names mentioned. Whats your thoughts ? Or should I just continue to wait for a recovery in Sq? Or if you have any other “must buy” names today that are better than all the ones mentioned I would like to hear those ideas too. The holding is inside a tfsa. Thanks for your advice !

Q: WELL had a nice pop after their results came out followed today with significant drop.
Is this just normal small cap fluctuation? Not concerned unless there is something to be concerned about.
Thanks
John
