Q: Any new information on this stock since the last question/answer? Would you consider this a buy at this time and if so what level of risk on a scale of 1 to 10? Do you feel the dividend is fairly safe and if so will the stock price will grow into 10 percent dividend. Is there an active investor involved? Lastly, do you see this stock getting some momentum in the next year or is it a long term play. Please deduct as many credits as you need to.
Thanks

Q: RESP Question: My oldest son has 4 years to go until university and my youngest 7 years. I have $28,000 saved so far in an RESP and all is currently in a low yield interest fund. Can you give me a few suggestions on investments considering the time horizon? I was thinking Telus, BNS and maybe Enbridge. Thoughts?

I require four that pay me a dividend and have so far chosen CPD, XHY and CBO and would welcome a fourth ( or more) suggestion. Could you please help me with this. Cheers, Tamara

Q: I am contemplating selling CHE.un and putting the proceeds into ARE, would you consider this a good move . I will have a loss on CHE and it seems doubtful that this stock is going to have any significant upside any time soon.

Thank you

Q: I saw the question Murray asked on dividend increases of Canadian banks and it made me curious. Could you provide a historical annualized return combining dividends and capital gains for the same banks over the same 18 years { 2000-2018 } ?

Q: I have read that the spread between US treasury 10 year and 2 year bond yields has been narrowing, and is currently sitting at 30 basis points. Assuming that the US spread continues to narrow and possibly invert, can you comment on the effect that would have on the Canadian financial and housing markets? And in your experience what would be time frame once the US yield curve inverts for those markets to be influenced? Many thanks!
