I have some money to invest in my TFSA.
Should I be looking at an ETF in the Nasdaq 100, the Russel 2000 , an International or emerging market for potential upside?
Could you please supply a few suggestions.
I am in my 70s and this money will be left to my children.

Q: HI group i own the above stocks in the energy sector. Unfortunately some of them are lagers > Particularly NRGI ( down 23% have owned since inception???what gives Erik) Also worried about ARX ( Presently )up 36% but dropping rapidly in the last 6 months TOU ( breaking even but worried about performance as of late

ENB + FTS seem to me hanging in there So my question is what changes should i make while the sector is down and out. What should i do sell NRGI and buy TOU OR? (you suggestion please also should i keep or buy something else in the sector another thought is to ARX sell to buy TOU or ALT

Q: Hi Peter,
I have CAR.UN in my RRSP account for a number of years. It has performed poorly for the past year, though interest rate is heading downward which should be good for REITs. What are the reasons, apart from immigration restriction, for the negative momentum for CAR.UN? I’ve a 13% loss on this stock and I am thinking of selling it with no tax loss benefit and buy another REIT. Please suggest a few REITs that will provide a stable dividend and flourish in this economy. I’m thinking NWH.UN can be one possibility but it is at a year high. I already owned DIR.UN, BEI.UN and PLZ.UN. Thanks.

Q: I received notice from my brokerage that contained a US news release for Upbound Group that announced a new cfo- one coming from GSY. Can you confirm that this is another mgmt change at GSY, not previously reported. If so any worries on the executive turnover, I know GSY has a deep bench but so many senior level changes are troubling to me.

Q: In your answer to Paul F’s question it sounds like GLXY has many parts. If so, is their future success likely to be constrained due to being “ jack of all trades, master of none”? Or are they strong enough in all the areas you mentioned to provide the leverage to be a likely BIG player in the near and long term?

Q: Purely an fyi.
This is in reference to recent questions with CSU. Yesterday, I was wondering why CSU had fallen so much and I asked MS Copilot. It informed me that it was due to issues with their Q3 earnings results... I thought it was possibly hallucinating. The ability to spread misinformation has become increasingly easy. Q: I have experimented with several AI engines (including ChatGPT , Grok, and Copilot) and have noticed numerous inaccuracies when cross-referencing against reliable sources. I’ve also found responses somewhat sycophantic. At best the tone of responses I get are overly deferential, even when I am careful to keep my prompts neutral and precise . This can lead to incorrect conclusions and wrong decisions.
Please share your insight, views and comments on which premium AI platform currently provides the most reliable and *up-to-date* forensic data on businesses for informed buy or sell decisions. I’d appreciate your insights and , if possible, specific recommendations.
