Q: IIVI how does this look for a 3 year hold?
Thank You

Q: I think I understand (mostly?) how the overall choice of holdings in this ETF are determined .
But how is the weighting of any individual holding in this fund determined? E.g. current holdings in the utilities sector include RNW (with a current 4.32% yield) at the top of the list at 3.08%, INE (2.4% yield) at 2.59%, CPX (5.44% yield) at 2.17%, ACO.X (4.51% yield) at 0.92%. Are Blackrock including some assessment of the other metrics of the companies in question (perhaps explaining the comparatively high 0.66 MER)?
Why would e.g. LNF, which would seem to otherwise qualify (2.58% yield with a 17-year streak of increasing dividends) be excluded?

Q: Hi
Any update on REAL-T. The stock came down from its high of $32.40 in Aug 2020. Has any thing changed and that is why the stock is not recovering? Is it a good buy at this price now and the demand for its services are strong?
Thanks
Piyush

Q: Since 1974, with my 1st investment in koffler stores (shoppers drug mart),I have looked for some rational reason to purchase a stock.
Obviously I have seen some times that I cannot explain. Today is one of those days.
I own fdx market cap 60 b more or less
I see door dash has a market cap of the same
How can this be reasonable in any way.
Have investors lost their collective minds or is it possible we are entering a dangerous time in the market .

Q: Hello 5i Team
Further to BAM takeover of BPY, I looked back at the BPY takeover of Brookfield Canada Office Properties (BOX-UN) in 2017 for a similar timeframe:
January 23, 2017 takeover at $30.10 announced
April 20, 2017 revised takeover price of $32.50 announced
June 30, 2017 offer closed BOX-UN delisted
Therefore do you see the following timeframe to be reasonable:
Revised takeover price announced either mid march or early April 2021
BPY unit holders would receive the March 31, 2021 distribution
Completion of takeover prior to June 30 distribution payment (i.e. unit holders will not receive June 30 distribution)
Also noted at the time BPY increased their offer by approximately 8 % for BOX-UN – therefore would an increase from US$16.50 to the range of US$17.50 to US$18.00 be considered reasonable?
Thanks for the great service.

Q: I apologize for bringing up GUD, however there seem to be quite a few people waiting to jump on this stock. (I just did)
I have noticed as the price erodes there is a buyback, insider purchase or indication of possibly something coming up; creating a small flurry of buying until it deteriorates again.
This stock has been kept in the BE because of the co. strategy/positioning, cash position and track record of the CEO.
The CEO has stated you invest in GUD for your grandchildren -so the focus is on the business and not headlines or announcements.
It seems to me the insider/corporate buying is a signal to be patient - that they aren't asleep but are investing their own money and retained earnings back into GUD because it makes good business sense.
I can't imagine propping up the price for any other reason(please confirm).
Thank you
