Q: Your latest thoughts? Thanks
Q: I need more exposure to health care as well as small caps so I have been investigaring NBLY. I assume Neighboorly is considered health care and not consumer staples? There seems to be an investment company, I believe it is PCP, that has over 50 per cent of the shares. Is that a good or bad and why? Obviously I am a retail investor so liquidity is not a big issue since I won't need to trade large blocks of shares. But does a small float, assuming PCP does not intend to sell shares, create a more volatile share price? I don't mind volatility as long as the trend is up and to the right. Apparently they raised money in secondary offerings in the high $20's. That means that people supposedly far smarter than me thought Neighboorly is worth more than it's current share price. Should I take comfort in that?
Q: Hi 5i Team - Could you comment on the background of the new CEO of Diamond Estate and whether you think this will lead to a better outlook for this company.. I realize it is a micro cap with all the inherent risks but is the balance sheet enough to give it a chance to grow and eventually become profitable. Also what are the insider holdings. Thanks.
Q: I have a few questions on PLTR. What annual revenue growth rate has the company set and what will it achieve if it meets its q4 revenue target? What affect has the employee remuneration in shares having on total shares outstanding? The optics of PLTR missing analysis estimates each quarter is problematic. Do you believe the company will improve it's ability to meet or exceed analysts estimates (and its own) or do they just don't care? Maybe there is a better explanation for these misses. Alex Karp ses to revel in and seek out a guru status, but can he deliver the results he promises. He certainly isn't conservative in setting targets and seems to have new explanations each quarter for missing expectations he has set. That said, the business is growing, I'm just not sure how investable the stock is. I am considering selling at a loss in a registered account, but can hold for a very long time if the value of shares could improve over time.

Q: Chesswood, North American Construction and Hammond Power Systems all produced some very good Q3 results. All look very cheap on a p/e basis. Would like to hear some comments about each as possible purchases in a diversified portfolio. I hold some HPS, but not the other 2.
Q: Would you buy or add to any of these 3 “relatives” / spin offs?
If not is there a competitor you like?
Thanks.

Q: Good afternoon 5i
I read recently that it is possible to donate shares which have had a capital loss to charity. I was aware of the capital gain rule but not this. I tried to search this question but with no luck. I am sure that you would know. Is there any big advantage to doing this if one also has sizeable capital gains?
Thanks

Q: Dear 5i
From what i`ve read over the years , it is my understanding that for every 1% increase or decrease in interest rates there is a corresponding 10% increase or decrease in bond prices . Is this generally accurate ?
If so would it be advisable , once it is believed that interest rates have peaked , to purchase a bond ETF ( with longer term holdings ) ? If so what would be your bond ETF of choice ? That being said if interest rates have indeed peaked it would also be favourable for stocks as well . As such i suppose the best scenario is the add to both with new money . Do you agree ?
Thanks as usual ,
Bill C

Q: I have been doing a deeper dive on the result from CRWD and NVEI, both have increased their share compensation to employees substantially in the last year. As an investor do you have any concerns, I am wondering how much of the future gains will go to shareholders?
Thank you for everything you do. Leo
