BB is undergoing a strategic review. With no real comment from Veritas at the time of this answer, the big gain last week in itself might be reason for it to back off temporarily. Takeover valuation can vary widely by who a buyer is, and how strategic BB might be for them. But we think $8 to $9.50 would be a fair range for control of the company.
