Q: Chemtrade has been doing well on the stock market over the past year. It has increase it`s dividend lately. Before covid the distribution was $1.20 per year. This year it will be .72 cents. Do you expect the dividend to go back to $1.20 over the next few years. I am a longterm dividend investor. I have also low investment in the industrial sector. And would you recommnend it?

Q: Typical Canada/BC that they pulled approval for Chem trade to produce sulphuric acid right at the time of a major global shortage and when the need for a North American supplier is critical.

Is the 17% drop today about right based on this news? What do you think the chances are this get overturned? I recently bought after looking at the macro situation and need to decide whether to drop and move on or if there is recovery potential. Given that Vancouver and BC is involved this could drag on for years, no?

Q: Being an 80myear old income dividend invester and needing to take a position having no material sector amounts, I am looking at CHE.UN and NTR. Please suggest an opinion on which to choose or should I just take a position in both? Alternate suggestions would also be considered in the material sector.
Thank you

Q: Good afternoon!
I have substantial room in our TFSAs this year due to large withdrawals made. I plan on moving some combination of these four equities into it from RIFs and my unregistered acount:

BCE, T, LIF, CHE.UN

Taxation is not a concern, as the only one in an unregistered account is BCE, and it is just slightly down from my purchase price (no doubt due to tax loss selling).
My reasoning on choosing these four is that each of these has some potential growth of a substantial nature, and therefore would be better in a TFSA as opposed to a RIF or unregistered account.
Could you please comment on this logic, and also rank them on the basis of growth from most likely to least likely over the next few years?
Please take as many credits as necessary.
Thanks!

Q: Good Afternoon.
What is your opinion of Chemtrade? Does it have some growth potential? Is the dividend safe? Also, I have owned Topaz for a while and it has been hovering around the 25-26 dollar range. Is there much growth left in this company?
I am considering switching from Topaz to Chemtrade for more growth and a higher dividend. What is your opinion of this move?
As always, thanks for your excellent service.
