Q: Being an 80myear old income dividend invester and needing to take a position having no material sector amounts, I am looking at CHE.UN and NTR. Please suggest an opinion on which to choose or should I just take a position in both? Alternate suggestions would also be considered in the material sector.
Thank you

NTR is far bigger, with a global moat, and safer, and has a much better long term history. It would be our easy choice here for a conservative investor. CHE.UN has improved but it is still a very small company at under $2B market cap. We would be fine with NTR. We do like gold as well in the sector, so AEM can be considered. But of course the two have very different influences.
