Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD)

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd. (TSM)

VanEck Vectors Semiconductor ETF (SMH)
Q: Currently I own all of these semi conductor related companies in my taxable account. QCOM, AMD and MRVL are still at a loss since the March downturn. All others are in positive territory, especially SMH. Should I continue to hold them all as core holdings for the long term or would you trim or delete any? Is it still a good idea to hold SMH because the ETF owns a number of companies like ASML, AMAT, an MU that I do not hold?
Q: GH. VRNS, VEEV - which one of these stocks will have the most growth/torc going forward?
Thanks for your service!

Q: Hi 5i team:
I am looking to add to my portfolio an International ETF ex Canada (in US dollars), I want to get more ex-Canada diversification.
Have been researching URTH (iShares MSCI World ETF), but is not in your database .. please add. Could you suggest another 2 or 3 ETF's with the above criteria to purchase in USD. What do you think of VT ? Thanks as always for your guidance.

Q: I am considering a position here, but I am not sure about their drill results; do you know anything about this company and if it could be a good speculative play?
Q: Hello team,
With a positive supply-demand picture that is set to grow more bullish over the longer term (do you agree?), could you please evaluate the above rare earth miners/processors? Would you recommend any at this time?
I am specifically looking for good balance sheet (debt/cash flow), shareholder friendly management, and meaningful high growth, irrespective of trade issues with China. Finally, are the any rare earth processers in the western hemisphere at all? Any of the above companies looking into building one?
Thanks as always!

Q: Do you know of a Canadian REIT or company in the data center business, similar to Digital Realty in the US?
Q: Hi Guys, simple question, what is going on with AQN? It has been in a trance for over a year. Why is the needle not moving on this one?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: This is a small company in the fintech space. Please provide your comments on the advisability of putting in some money into this investment. Looks interesting from a growth prospective. How different is it from Lightspeed? Thank you for your advice.

NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (NWH.UN)

CT Real Estate Investment Trust (CRT.UN)
Q: CRT.UN is my only real estate exposure in my current unregistered portfolio (5% of the unregistered, 1.8% of the total, portfolios). Exploring replacing that with BAM.A (which you answered for me a few weeks ago, not part of this question) or with NWH.UN.
Re: CRT -- pro: better debt level than NWH (?); con: I already have similar exposure to CTC
Re: NWH -- pro: I currently have no other health care exposure (except the tiny portion of Telus); slightly better global diversification; higher dividend; con: higher debt; no historic dividend increases
Any other considerations? What are your thoughts on this potential swap?
Thanks again for all your comments and service.
