Q: Hey 5i, these consumer staple stocks have basically done nothing over the last 10yrs. They used to be a place to go when you were concerned about market pricing with a little growth and a dividend. Have things fundamentally changed or is everyone just obsessing over AI and technology and forgetting this sector. Also is there anything buyable in the sector with some growth and a dividend.

Q: What's your opinion on Kraft Heinz, looking forward? For such a big company there are few questions on 5i about it.

Also own Proctor & Gamble and OK to trade this one in an RRSP.
Really want something for 10 years and not to worry about ups and downs of market but happy to look at something of good value currently.

I added Unilever yesterday following a sharp drop of 15%, just a speculative move in my RRSP portfolio; however, I considering keeping it a bit longer but have room only for 1. Your thought on selling Kraft Heinz holding and replacing it with Unilever. Thank you!

The time period to hold is long term 5 year plus. Growth stocks preferred. Kindly recommend

Q: Thanks 5i for your valuable inputs. I owe KHC for about past 4 to 5 years and am down about 50%. For a long term hold with appetite for risk would you recommend to hold and ride it out or suggest something better in the same sector.

Q: You have been quite negative in your commentary about Kraft Heinz. Unfortunately I hold it in my RRIF and hang onto it for the yield of about 6% at the current price. Since I need the income to live on, and can't claim the capital loss, should I hang onto it for income or switch into something else? If the latter, what alternative investment(s) could you suggest with comparable safety of yield and long term buy-and-hold potential?

Q: hi, the PE ratio just changed from around 6 to over 12 ( depends which "source" you look at, these are from BNN and globe ), yet there has not been an earnings announcement or update from the company?? do you know what is going on? do you know where investors can find accurate data??
