Q: Hello,
I came across an article which discussed an etf, ticker QTUM:US. I went to their website and read their documentation but would like your opinion of this etf.
Some of the holdings are companies you often have good things to say. I know it is small but is that enough of a reason not to buy this etf? Apart from that, any red flags? This would be for my TFSA (one stop shop for tech).

I was wondering what you thought of Microsoft for a purchase?
I know you like Google and Amazon but I just have a hard time purchasing something so expensive + the exchange.

Q: I have owned BCE for many years and have been happy with the returns it has provided. I am wondering if there is a company(s) that you may recommend that will compliment this holding other than the other big names (Telus etc) that will take advantage of the roll out of 5G. I have also owned Apple for many years as hardware provider. It is my understanding that exciting towers will not be used for 5G? Perhaps a tower company or chip provider? any Ideas and your rational would be much appreciated. Thanks as usual for the great service you provide!

Q: Just wondering what the expectations are for AYX next quarter. Looking at the past few quarters, the year over year comparison is going to be tough, given that last year's revenues almost doubled; December 2018. I never did figure out how much of this is related to changes in accounting standards for recognizing revenue. Any comments appreciated.

Q: This name came up last week. I was interested in it but didn’t buy it because I was worried that smart TVs would make the Roku devices unnecessary. Is that not a concern? I see that Roku also now sells smart TVs so perhaps that’s the answer. Also, how does one know when a stock like this has become over valued? Q: Hello,

Looking for recommendations of tech and ‘toll’ companies that pay a good, well covered dividend of >3% from cash flows, low debt. Obviously, SYZ and the telecos fit depending on how you look at debt.

Any recommendations either in Canada or the US?
