Q: JPM has had a decent run but I'm thinking of swapping it for Mastercard. Can I get your thoughts please?

Palo Alto has also been terrific, but I'm trying to add more AI into my portfolio. I'd like to sell it and find a new name, CDN or US. I own MSFT, AAPL, Salesforce, GOOG, Meta, NVDA, Constellation, Shopify and Kinaxis. I was thinking of Taiwan Semi, AMD or Broadcom, but can I get your thoughts please?

Q: Hi folks, how significant is the announced partnership between Nuvei & Adobe...markets liked the news with 6% pop...is this a "new" partnership for Nuvei??, and if so, what future potential could come the way to Nuvei...I believe they recently hooked up with Microsoft in similar payments process (albeit relatively small)...after disasterous Q2...is there light at the end of the tunnel????....thanks as always for great service, jb Piedmont QC

Q: With the launch of bitcoin ETFs what "crystal ball prognostications" can you have for such companies as Galaxy, Riot?

Bail? Hold? Buy?

Q: 5i has given our family some very good investment ideas. Among the good ones that have benefitted our accounts lately are LMN and HPS.A. Thank you for these. Q: Interested in Aritzia, can you provide a good thesis as to why this investment is worthy of a buy or hold? Capital IQ estimates revenue growth for 2024 to be only 4.6%, how come this is so low? Is the increase SG&A expenses a result of the recent inventory surplus and do you think it will resolve itself within the next couple of months? Lastly, how many shares were issued after initial IPO offering compared to now and with low ownership from management, why do you like the company?

Q: I have recently received $100,000 and as I have maxed out my TFSA, RRSP and RESP contributions for 2024 I will be depositing this into my cash/taxable account. I am looking for tax-efficient growth stocks. As capital gains are taxed lower I am looking for growth with no or low dividend.

Can you suggest 5 - 6 companies?
