Q: Hello 5i Team

1 - HBB

Global X's webpage for Global X Canadian Select Universe Bond Index Corporate Class ETF (HBB) lists the following fees:

Management Fee - 0.09 % + applicable sales tax
Management Expense Ratio - 0.10 %
Trading Expense Ratio - 0.15 %
Swap Fee - No more than 0.15 %

Therefore are the maximum total fees that I would pay for HBB as follows:

Management Expense Ratio + Trading Expense Ratio + Swap Fee

0.10 % + 0.15 % + 0.15 % = 0.40 %

2 - HSAV

As HSAV is also a corporate class fund why would Global X not list a swap fee for HSAV?

Thanks

Q: Very curious as too why you seem to support HDIV. Looking at the sell-off window between Jul 31 and Aug 7 this year, HDIV declined approx 40% more than the avg decline of the TSX, S&P500 and DOW. I fully understand at/out of money risk, but it seem leverage, which HDIV uses, is not great in market downturns. I know the window for this analysis is narrow, however it seems to show the risk of leveraged funds.

Q: I'm leaning towards emax in a cash account to diversify with the US holdings even though encc has a higher yield.

What are the tax implications of emax vs. encc.

emax writes in the money options on 30% of the holdings
I cannot find this data for encc

Thank you
