Q: Hi Peter, price is back again to where it was in 2007. Is it the nature of the business, management, poor bets during boom times etc ? Any positive catalysts you see ? Do you think the dividend is at risk, and would you enter ? Thank you.

Q: Algoma recently undertook a Substantial Issuer Bid where they will be retiring 28% of their shares outstanding. What your thoughts on how this impacts the outlook for the shares and warrants going forward ? I don't recall seeing a company reduce their share count by so much at once before.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: What is your opinion of this company? It is promoted on Twitter by a certain anonymous person who has some people utterly convinced it will be a massive success.
Q: Thinking of adding some BRK.B to increase my US holdings which are mostly currently growth positions. What are your thoughts or possibly suggest something better. thanks again.
Q: Not a question but a comment re rrif mandatory withdrawals. Rather than sell a stock, You can do a withdrawal in kind and transfer the stock to your cash account. That way you can defer decision re which stock “to sell” if you don’t really want to sell.
Q: Hello - I have sold Telodoc for a large tax loss. Would like to recover some of my loss. Do you think this is a good company to have? What are your thoughts on management?
Thanks so much.

Q: I've held PBH for about 5 years and i'm in the green a little, and collected a small dividend over the years. But the gains have been a bit underwhelming. As the market has dropped and there are many high quality growthier options trading at lower valuations I wonder if its time to cut PBH. With PBH for 5 years there has always seemed to be an excuse/reason from them as to why they are under performing. Well before covid they were struggling with swing flu, staffing issues, FX issues, and others, then covid hit and obviously again they are struggling with lockdowns, inflation, staffing, etc etc etc. Is there a good reason to hold a company that only seems to perform well in ideal market situations, which in reality is almost never? Thx
Q: Whats your read on their earnings?
Q: Can I have your opinion on this ETF. Is there a better choice for safety and income Thx
Q: Hi, With recent recovery in the Tech sector, many stocks have seen nice bounce in their depressed share prices. Tech Companies with solid fundamentals, strong cashflow and low/no debt have been favoured by investors. CSU has also seen good strength lately, which is really encouraging. Topicus share price also has seen a mild recovery from its recent lows, but still continues to languish around $74- 75 level. Could you assign the possible causes of lack of investor interest in TOI, which was a darling, not so long ago and follows the same business model as its parent Constellation Software ? Do you foresee some catalysts to break this trend which could help the stock to recover sooner to let's say $90-$100, and if so a possible/reasonable time frame. Thank you
Q: Hi group what's the best way to play the chip manufacturing industry (in the US) after yesterday announcement by the US govt to pour money at the lack of chips being produced in the US Also thinking to starting a position in QQQ what's your thoughts nibble or dive in

Q: Please comment on the Second Quarter results. May I have your thoughts as well on the joint venture with Kazatomprom? I take it the Russian Embargo prevents the shipment of ore out of Kazakhstan. I presume any money invested in the project by CCO will need to be written off at some time. I just don't see Russia making any allowances to have the ore shipped out through their territory. Do you think this potential write-off has been accepted by the market and the share price has already been already adjusted (downwards?) or is the embargo overall so overwhelmingly positive to CCO that it doesn't matter?
Sorry to be so convoluted,
Jim

Q: Hello!
Birchcliff has appreciated well over the past few years. I'd love to hear your perspective on its current prospects.
Also, what effect, if any, will the LNG terminal in BC have, and natural gas prices generally given the situation in Europe?
Thanks as always,
Marc.
