I am interested in initiating a position in DE:CA and would like to know what you would consider an attractive, attainable, entry point? I am in no rush to buy, so can wait if that might be the best strategy given the recent little run-up unless you feel it is fine to buy at current levels.

It has had a nice run, but it raised its dividend in March, reported good earnings and broker targets are being raised. It has now passed $100M market cap which can bring in new investors. We would be comfortable in the $6.25 to $6.35 range.
