Q: Hi can you please explain what the prospectus filing on March 6/2020 for OVV means, they will be selling common shares and securities? Reading some of the Sedar's filings but not totally clear to me, does this mean they are delisting the stock or just selling their portion of shareholder equity (shares and debt)?

I own these shares in a TFSA and Canadian non-registered account, would there be tax implications?

Q: Good morning,

Can you quickly remind me how low (or declining) interest rates effect these companies? I'm curious if they, generally speaking, are positively or negatively impacted. I feel like they all benefit (money is cheaper for them to borrow for acquisitions - BAM, or loans - GSY), but I'm not too sure, especially with ECN.

Q: Currently own some Kinaxis and Shopify, both about 2 percent each.
Would like to add more tech. Close enough to retirement that need more conservative stock. Is OTEX the best option here i.e. lower risk (with some dividend and reasonable growth?)
Can you contrast the two top choices?

If the long term thesis is that after this latest crises, companies will diversify outside of China for manufacturing, countries like India should do well.
