China does export some rare earth metals that are essential for alot of industries
uses
Australia is trying raise capital to develop their own rare earth metals
Are there any companies in Canada or US that one can invest in for this area?

Q: Hello

Our US holdings are up 36.25%, where as our Canadian holdings are only up 17.22%.
The five mentioned above are our only real shining stars at this point.
Is one better to have all US holdings and forget Canada?

Q: Real Matters has experienced weakness in the last few months (as most of your readers know).

But in the past week, there was a gap down and I think it has more to do with their competitive position in the market related to the pending merger between CoStar and Corelogic (which I would think is Real Matters competition). What do you think about this? Do you know if this will have a material change in their ability to gain market share in the Appraisals business?

Clovus health was recently subject of a short sellers report by Hindenberg and the stock has tanked.
Are you able to provide an opinion as to the merits of the claims?
Would you would be interested in this company going forward, would you wait for clouds to clear or maybe steer clear altogether. Risk level?
Can you provide a few suggestions for couple alternative companies in similar space?
