Q: Hello Peter,
Robert McWhirter on BNN was a big advocate of Xebec but on Fridays call Feb 26th he was not as keen as the stock has run up alot.. He did say it is a good stock for 1 to 2 years timeframe. However, if i understood correctly, he has shifted his dollars to CMC, Cielo Waste Solutions and within an hour the stock shot up 80 percent. I understand this is speculation on behalf of retail investors and not an endorsement by Mr. McWhirter to jump on it.. He is basically be re-positioning his weights as i understood and sees greater upside. He is a solid picker but i have no idea of how much he owns so would like your opinion. Since XBC moved over to TSX and i understand there is a management change, I just did not think the stock would be become a dog so quickly. I have a large position and am patient. Do you think it is worth holding on for the 1 to 2 years or longer timeframe or should i move some money into CMC. . I am noticing the same with Greenlane renewables. I was hoping that going to tsx , institutions would be jumping onto XBC and GRN given the green initiatives, but it does not look like it , atleast up to now. Please provide your comments and would appreciate it.

Q: Good day! I am slightly off topic but have a comment & question. I think the your chart attack is a nice addition. Thank You.
My question is with the February Chart attack. Looking at the chart for "House price to income", I noticed that Canada, as you mentioned alongside New Zealand, is the most expensive place to live per dollar of income earned. What surprises me is that I was expecting this to be the result of the crazy real estate price increases during the last year but looking at the chart, the amount of income earned to buy a house has been pretty stable in Canada for the last 4-5 years. The year 2020 (which some of us call a bubble) has not changed this important metric. Our new inflated house prices are equally expensive today as they were 4-5 years ago. If yes, there has been no real increase in real estate prices as a % of household income which is definitely not what I expected. Am I reading this correctly? Any comments? As a secondary question on same topic, I thought the US real estate market also shot up but does not appear to be reflective here (or not as much of an issue)?? Is there really a bubble going on?
Thanks.

Q: Seems to me that the financial sector stands to benefit from current economic conditions. That being considered, I would appreciate it if you would share some , small, medium and large cap companies that you would buy at this time to take advantage the possible upside potential of various financials. They could be both Canadian and American companies.
Q: Any thoughts on this company and outlook ? Thank you.

Q: Today CJT is off $73 from the high of $250. It now needs to move almost 50% to reach this all time high. You often comment that this is often a tall order for a stock that is in a penalty box. My average price is $200. Looking at TFII and CJT today which one has a better growth prospect in your view if you had to pick one?
