Q: I'm interested in starting positions in companies involved in the push to a more energy efficient future. I've had a look at CCO AND ALB and I'd appreciate your opinion as to which one is the better choice currently. Also, is it too early to be taking positions in these sectors or are these companies capable of strong capital gains in the next year or two? Finally, do you think there are better companies to invest in in these sectors?

Q: After reading your past replies to questions regarding STM, I wonder if you can update your opinion based on news and events since your replies in March and May? The price is higher now but have you also seen increased reasons for investors to look at this? Would it be a worthy buy today or something to wait on and buy only in the event of a pullback?

Assuming you like it, could you compare and contrast the risk and reward between this and something like SMCI? Which would you expect to do better and why?

Q: I am up 100% on NVO. LLY has just received an upgrade and am wondering if I should take profits on NVO and move into LLY or just add some LLY and let NVO run. In your opinion are they too much alike to hold both?

Q: Hi All at 5i! I own both of these stocks and now having broken even I would like to sell them. Do you think they have strong potential growth?? If so I may reconsider. If not, could you suggest some good solid US alternatives … not necessarily proxies.

Q: In a US $ registered acct with a growth tilt, equities that we hold in a 'smaller' % (1%-2.5% range) of total portfolio are as follows: ADBE, BKNG, CROX CRWD, META, SMCI . Would you put new money into any of these ? At what price ? And what approximate % of a total portfolio would you go up to for any of them ?

Q: Hi,

Reviewing the Q&A section, I see you are positive about PLTR but have cautioned that it is expensive. I reviewed research reports on iTrade's website and see the analysts have a SELL rating!! What is your current take on PLTR?

I would like to initiate a small position. (Use your suggestion to buy one third now, one third later and finally full position.)

Also what are other companies that you would suggest as an alternatives, if not PLTR?

Q: QCOM is not expensive and their financials look OK but it has been going sideways for some time and has not participated in the most recent rally. Would you consider letting it go and can you suggest another US company with momentum?

To a question asked by Alexandra on June 26th, not even a month ago(!!) you felt 250 would be the next level of consolidation.( I am paraphrasing here)
It is 300 now. Would you like to hazard a guess how high this could go! I "get" the momentum factor, Ai phenomenon etc., Still this thing is mind boggling! Whee is it going to end?!
