Q: Hi folks
What do you think of marijuana stocks now with the US starting to reschedule the industry? Which US company or ETF would i invest in at this juncture...? I have stayed away and have no pot stocks at the moment. Many are soaring today.
Much thanks
Ps..I have been with 5iResearch for 10 years now..and I can't express how you have helped, guided, inspired And soothed my nerves along the way. THANKYOU
Q: When 5i wrote the report on PRL the share price was $15.65 ..... Today it is $23.60 . Which is a considerable rise since the report was written ...... Could 5i plug in the current share price into the section titled " Valuation " and calculate and reassess the same statements using the current share price ? ....... This will help me make a decision regarding a purchase at the current share price .... Thanks as always for your valuable analysis .....
Q: With the “missed” earnings, if there was a sharp pullback tomorrow, at what price range would you be a buyer? Aggressive buyer? Would you wait a few days or weeks for it to settle before buying? Avg cost is $50 so I’m still nicely up but would like to add more to my position for a long term investment. Assuming you still the long term thesis on this story? Thanks!
Q: After a strong quarter the weakness seems strange in a strong market for tech. Was there something in the conferance call? I realize it's only a few trading days, but I'm a relatively new shareholder and dont like that ugly red color on my screen when most everything else in tech is a beautiful green color.
In your replies to questions you sometimes refer to "sleep at night stocks". Those above were so qualified, among others.
I would very much appreciate if you could provide a good list of such stocks at this point, both Canadian and U.S., in order of potential growth in 5 years or less, with a short comment summarizing your present view on each.
Q: With all the new tech and sensors built into new cars, a lot of these cars do not make into the shop doors after an accident as they are now just written off as to expensive to fix. The part suppliers cost has gotten out of hand and the insurance companies are just had of enough of this cost increase to fix. EVs are even more difficult to repair in the shop and need special training and equipment. Car insurance has been the highest inflation % increase. It makes me wonder what is going to happen to say BYD and other repair shops. One thing for certain, it is going to cost the auto driver a lot more for insurance in the future.
Thanks Again
Q: Good morning
these three ETFs have stellar one year performance to January 6th according to your March issue of Money Saver magazine. Do you see them topped out for the present or would you still see a buying opportunity here

Q: I see Piper Sandler just issued a SELL rating for SHOP. The stock has been weaker than the overall market the past few weeks. Is there anything out there that is causing the drop? What factors are at play here? Is it still one of your favourites?
Q: Everyone, I have been watching the above growth stocks since late last year. I usually have one or two high growth quality stocks that will add to the average returns of my portfolio. My last purchase of a high growth stock was LMN, which I purchased last September, with an average price of $20.50. The ones I am watching now have risen significantly and I am hesitant to buy into them since they might decline 50%. So should I buy a small portion of each to maybe a 10% holding of my overall portfolio? Or should I wait till……..
