TIXT was recently added to your Growth Portfolio with 2.5% position.
Although, they operate in different areas of technology, from the future Growth perspective, how would you rate them in order, if we have some cash to add. Also, it would help, if you could provide rationale behind your decision to add TIXT to Growth portfolio, vis a vis DND and NVEI. Thank You

Q: Do you prefer VBAL or XBAl for an RESP? Looks like XBAL has had better performance and has a slightly higher dividend 1.8 vs 2. However XBAL has 515M assest vs VBAL which has 1.4B assets. Does this make XBAL riskier? Which would you choose?

Q: Hi 5i,
In the company reports you have a graph with Blue and Brown lines. What do they signify? In the recent DND report the Blue line is 80.32 and the Brown line is 43.98.

Q: I'm seeing about a 9% discount to NAV currently for QBTC. Does this look like a potential opportunity, or can these discounts drag on for an extended period of time?

Longing this fund and shorting actual Bitcoin seems like an easy trade...or am I missing something.

Q: I think you answered this kind of question before. If so, my apologies.
ENB (as an example) is a Canadian stock also trading on NYSE. If, in a taxable account, I journal the shares over to to the US$ side, will the dividend be taxed as interest income, or as US$ dividend (i.e. no dividend tax credit)?
